(though its based on Cornell's weaker schedule)

Ferrera has the #7 (per wrestlestat) RPI, higher than everyone else in the Ivy League and EIWA.  Pretty sure you don't get a high RPI with a "weaker" schedule.

I was about to shower, but let me look at his wrestlestat.
I see he's beat I guess Richie Figs, during whatever you want to call this sad season of his.
And then just a ton of sub-par guys, several in close matches.

I see he's
Wrestled and lost to
Crookham
Farber
Dillon Campbell?
Max Leete?
Evan Mougalian
Davino

After looking at wrestlestat I dont know why you would reference this.  I don't see anything appealing, I guess you saw the #7 deal somewhere on there but, it's not an impressive viewing

Atrocious morning for uw badgers. One guy advances and he has pj Duke second round. Most of them were favored too.

Dog like who you're going to like, no hate here. He's a tough 11 (though its based on Cornell's weaker schedule)...
You just mentioned you liked his backside draw, and it didn't look great to me.

Hope he pulls it out for you, but I think Grice might be his last match, it'll be fun to keep up with him!

I think what he’s seeing is that we all know the quarterfinals at 133 are going to be ridiculous. If you are trying to come through the backside of that bracket to AA, basically the only quarterfinal loser you have a chance at beating is whoever loses to Jax. I’m with you that he could very well lose before that, but he is in a good spot in that regard

Never argue with an idiot. They will only bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.

Bouzakis really dug himself a hole now...

well, spladle, it's a hard tournament! nothing comes easy for the 11 seed. Obviously I liked it better before Van Dee lost to Farber but 28-13 is a pretty good path to the 8/9 blood round for the hardware for an 11. Obviously that's chalk but I like Ferrara more than you do to begin with. LGR.

I still think Ferrera places 8th like I had in my bracket
