  1. Past hour
  2. I’m smart enough to know that I don’t know exactly what happened in this case so I’m not going to opine yet on whether or not she should have been arrested. But to your point, and just so I’m clear, charges being filed is satisfactory enough for you to know that laws were broken and the charged was charged appropriately…correct?
  3. Yesterday
  4. Beat me to it. I was just going to post this. I would not be surprised if a big chunk of that $20 billion will go to paying off Twitter debt. Debt service at the end of last year was $1.3 billion per year. And with interest rates higher now, that number will go up.
  5. Sounds like more Wisconsin judges wanna go to jail https://nypost.com/2025/04/26/us-news/wisconsin-judge-threatens-to-stop-holding-court-over-judges-arrest-for-allegedly-helping-illegal-migrant-evade-ice/
  6. Trumped up b.s. charges
  7. It would have been illegal for her to allow them in the courtroom w o a judicial warrant. She followed the law.
  8. But you are still saying she refused to comply with their request correct?
  9. Why was she arrested and charged with two federal crimes then ?
  10. She did what she was required to do. She released him to the public area where they could arrest him. Not her job to literally hand him over to ICE unless they had a judicial warrant. They did not. It's very simple.
  11. So you are saying she refused to do what they requested?
  12. I thought you said they arrested her in a public space. Which is it. Now you’re a lawyer too?
  13. I didn’t count specifically but I bet 90% of the techs are 10-0. A few were 12-2. Rarely if ever were they a good match like 24-14. The scoring in freestyle today is silly. Please keep all of it out of folkstyle.
  14. These ICE idiots need to get their heads out of their rears and get the correct type of warrant if they want to enter a court, non public space.
  15. Yep.. real fast. Also common are two takedowns and a few guts.
  16. Yes. They had an administrative order and NOT a judicial warrant. Therefore they were NOT allowed to enter the courtroom and needed to wait for him to exit to a public area before execeuting the warrant. She didn't usher him through the door that they preferred. Too bad so sad. Cry me a river. Not her job if they didn't have the correct type of warrant. This is a complete joke.
  17. Did she comply with all ICE instruction/requests?
  18. Tell that to the judge.
  19. So outside of the U.S.
  20. She harbored nobody. He exited through the jury room and then into public area. Then ICE arrested him. She didn't help ICE but that's not her job.
  21. They have yearly physical fitness tests for high level soccer.
  22. Fair. Fox may though ha
  23. He was in a hearing. It's ICEs job to make the arrest but it isn't her job to help them. Tough luck if she doesn't help them. She didn't do anything but allow him into the public space where ICE and only ICE had that responsibility.
  24. I want to see a news report with these in them from one of the "mainstream media" outlets. No way do they record there anymore. mspart
  25. If you allowed him to hang out at your place after knowing ICE wanted him, I would think that would be illegal. 1907. Title 8, U.S.C. 1324(a) Offenses Title 8, U.S.C. § 1324(a) defines several distinct offenses related to aliens. Subsection 1324(a)(1)(i)-(v) prohibits alien smuggling, domestic transportation of unauthorized aliens, concealing or harboring unauthorized aliens, encouraging or inducing unauthorized aliens to enter the United States, and engaging in a conspiracy or aiding and abetting any of the preceding acts. Subsection 1324(a)(2) prohibits bringing or attempting to bring unauthorized aliens to the United States in any manner whatsoever, even at a designated port of entry. Subsection 1324(a)(3). The bolded one would apply to you as it does to the judge. mspart
  26. Based on what? mspart
  27. Change freestyle to pushouts only
