I just don't think you get it. If you make old people exempt from property taxes, then everybody will just sell their properties to their parents and old people will never move out until they die. Older people already get social security. Now you want to exempt them from property taxes? Half of thrm are millionaires too. While young families struggle to get by? No way that's right. ANY reduction of property taxes, even if it's only for a "special class" of people, will jack up property values farther out of reach of ordinary people that actually have to work for a living.

Im just reading between the lines here so I could be wrong ... but ... I think VAK is saying the entire Trump family will "check out" the jet from the library to fly back & forth between the private islands they bought with the trillion dollars of crypto generated during the 4 years and will charge the SS an excessive fee just for the privilege of riding along.

Nobody actually knows, but I think it's almost a certainty that Vega redshirts this year unless Jamison is going up and Hughes isn't going to be able to compete this season (heard it from someone on here that Hughes is currently hurt).

I get where you're coming from, but I think it depends on the kids and their style to consider how much room for improvement there is. Most of the time, guys who mature early and win a lot of matches based on technique, strength, and positioning are the ones who lack the capability of continuing their trajectory as blue chip prospects. For that reason, I think Jax is the top prospect of all of these guys. He wrestles like a Tasmanian devil a lot of the time, and gives up points at times because of it. Once he learns how to change his pace during matches, and cut down on the mistakes he makes when he gets over eager in positions, he could really make some jumps IMO. And that's saying something about a kid who just won the U.S. Open in a dominating fashion. -
$400 million. Sure. And each trip to one of his golf courses, where he benefits from the costs paid (and charges the Secret Service more than he charges people like, oh hey, look, the Qatari royal family!) https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2025/mar/17/trump-golf-taxes Personally benefits him multiple times the yearly salary he donates. Each trip. No.

Taxpayers Shouldn’t Pay $223,000 for First Lady Jill Biden’s Back-to-Back Flights Last week, President Biden and the First Lady traveled on Air Force One to France for the 80th memorial anniversary of the D-Day invasion of Normandy. They departed late on June 4 and arrived in Paris the next day. While the President was not scheduled to return to the U.S. until June 9, Jill Biden made a return trip on Thursday, June 6, to attend Hunter Biden's trial in Delaware. She then flew back to France the next day for the remainder of the trip. https://www.ntu.org/foundation/detail/taxpayers-shouldnt-pay-223000-for-first-lady-jill-bidens-back-to-back-flights

Because they already own their freakin house. The gov is corrupt wasteful and taxing the daylights out of the population. I shouldn’t pay more taxes on the same land if I put nice countertops in. if I’m a billionaire democrat governor darling who may run for president soon…. I should be in jail if I take the toilets out of my house to pay less said taxes…. All the While campaigning on and literally raising everyone else’s property taxes.
