  1. Past hour
  2. Bad, as in milquetoast? If a star swimmer went public with these types of allegations against another swimmer, there would be hollerings of toxic team culture and/or statements about the coach losing control of the program. And that would happen even to programs/swimmers with pristine reputations. Curious how so many people are willing to play vigorous defense for Carter "Graveyard exterior designer" Starocci
  3. Parts of several fights. I didn't pay anything. Doesn't take absolute greatness to make top 50. He gave fury, #39, a tough fight 2.5 years ago and he's much better now. I bet he'd be favored or very even odds if they fought again. Look, I don't like the guy either, but I can set that aside and recognize he's a legit pro fighter now. He's being very strategic about who he fights but those guys would also knock out everybody on this forum in the 1st round.
  4. It’s not shocking who they are. This thread definitely shakes the idiots out of the idiot tree.
  5. So happy to read this update. Hoping more good news over the coming weeks as he heals. I expect nothing can be taken for granted … still a scary situation I figure.
  6. Hate to say it but I saw this coming back in 2018. We were at World Championships in Budapest heading to our hotel from the event about 10pm and saw Aaron Brooks ahead of us. At that time, he had committed to PSU but was still out in Colorado Springs. He jumped the turnstile to the Subway without paying (when he thought nobody was watching). I turned to my brother and said, "Now there's a dude who will have no problem using PEDs." For the record, we would have jumped it too, but our fat a$$es would have ended up on an Insta bloopers reel so we paid.
  7. Everyone = Anyone with a clue
  8. Your flattery has earned another hint. As a third place finisher this wrestler did half his damage on the front side with wins over #8 and #1, and half his damage on the back side with wins over #5 and #2.
  9. June 15th was New Year’s Day for those college coaches recruiting the Class of 2027 and the student-athletes waiting to plan out their futures. The 15th was the first day that collegiate coaches could officially contact rising juniors and there has been plenty of activity on the recruiting front. Since the 15th, some of the nation’s top prospects have released lists of their top schools. Rather than trying to dig through social media or click through a bunch of state sites, we have compiled this list of these top recruits and their potential future homes. Remember recruiting is a fluid process, so another school, currently unlisted, could jump into the picture for a recruit. Conversely, the recruits could trim their list at any time. This is a feature that will be revisited as needed throughout the recruitment process. #1 Melvin Miller (Bishop McCort, PA) - Arizona State, Michigan, Missouri, NC State, Nebraska, Oklahoma State, Penn State, Pittsburgh #3 Sonny Amato (Rumson-Fair Haven, NJ) - Arizona State, Cornell, Iowa, Iowa State, Nebraska, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Penn, Pittsburgh, Rutgers, Virginia Tech #14 Max Konopka (Simsbury, CT) - Cornell, Lehigh, NC State, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Penn State, Princeton, Rutgers, Stanford, Virginia Tech, Wisconsin #15 Hayden Schwab (Don Bosco, IA) - Cornell, Iowa, Nebraska, Northern Iowa, Oklahoma State, Stanford, Virginia Tech #30 Jimmy Mastny (Marian Central, IL) - Air Force, Arizona State, Army, Cornell, George Mason, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Iowa State, Little Rock, Michigan, NC State, Nebraska, North Carolina, Northern Iowa, Ohio State, Oklahoma State, Oregon State, Penn, Purdue, Princeton, SIU Edwardsville, Stanford, Virginia Tech, Wisconsin #38 Dawson Youngblut (Don Bosco, IA) - Cornell, Iowa, Iowa State, NC State, Nebraska, Northern Iowa #39 Gage Lohr (Watertown, SD) - Cornell, Indiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Dakota State, Wisconsin, Wyoming #41 Dale Corbin (Wyoming Seminary, PA) - Army West Point, Cornell, Lehigh, Maryland, Minnesota, NC State, North Carolina, Northwestern, Oklahoma, Rutgers, Utah Valley, Virginia Tech, Wisconsin #52 Luke Hayden (Hickman, MO) - Air Force, Cornell, Missouri, North Dakota State, Northern Iowa, Northwestern, Oregon State, Princeton, Purdue, South Dakota State, Virginia, Virginia Tech, Wisconsin #107 Caleb Tyler (Delone Catholic, PA) - Clarion, Duke, Franklin & Marshall, Virginia, Wisconsin
  10. who here actually has watched ANY of his fights? why would you waste the money?
  11. even obama was: "I mean, you've got the first sort of mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy. I mean, that's a story-book, man, but a communist is still a communist
  12. well, he did lie, b/c not everyone.. obviously you... doesn't know that a socialist is a communist
  13. They've basically kind of gone after the specific athletes but defended the program, I think they've been bad when discussing the Starocci article.
  14. no need. i worked out at 8 i did take some A.R.M. good post workout drink
  15. Define "everyone." You lie almost as much as your daddy Trumptard.
  16. That he may be top 50? That's definitely not true. You should read up.
  17. Phuck yeah
  18. I wonder if A.I. will ever learn to speak in Kentucky Mudflap-isms.
  19. Good to know! I joined a few minutes late and was only half listening for the little bit of time I had available. Will relisten to it this evening
  20. Find yourself that nice socialist country you long for. Everyone knows a socialist is nothing more than a patient communist.
  21. thrrree we now all know what the second R stands for it's the thirrrd R that's still a mystery
  22. I gotta disagree, thought they've gone pretty hard so far...relative to how most wrestling media plays.
  23. Another (minor) issue regarding PSU wrestling: they have a functioning sauna? Supposed to be off-limits from Day 1 of classes until after the NCAA tournament. Although, it seems Carter may have brought the high school girl to the sauna during the off-season. (allegedly) Does PSU also have a corresponding sauna for female members of the community that are not being creeped on by wrestlers? If not, that is 100% a Title IX violation.
