Please explain the mental gymnastics you had to do in order to come to that conclusion? Me? Nothing. The right who blamed Biden for the Russian's invading? Apparently... everything. "The Iranians?" They're "aren't serious people?" That's awfully strange we'd be worried about them developing a nuclear weapon then, no? (Pst...this is why you're better off just repeating others talking points). The Iranian people were actually the most liberal before the Ayatollah. You'd be well served to learn a bit of History. But given that trying to understand what you're saying is like trying to decode what someone who was "gifted" the joy of an extra chromosome, I'll have to assume you mean their leadership. Which...again, still makes absolutely no sense. If they're not serious, the US need not be involved in defending Israel, in their nuclear program, in any of it... by YOUR logic, right? Yes. It's so stupid and contradictory, that is appropriately original given the source!

I ended up moving next to a college track and field coach that happened to wrestle around the same time I did in a different part of the state but he convinced me to begin a introductory youth wrestling program in 6 week blocks modeled after a track and field program that he and his wife set up... long story short I agreed and holy *I poop my pants, don't laugh at me* is it toughe trying to keep the attention of 4-6 year olds... my son is 3 and he was in the classes but I was used to coaching at a middle to higher level in high school and then to go this route has certainly been challenging but it's gotten easier week by week... I'm open to any ideas to keep the attention of these boys but it's literally hearding cats

Modern politics doesn’t want air. Or discourse. Or discussion. Just mayhem. please term limits.

I've been on these forums for a while and mostly lurking for years before commenting on wrestling and only within the last few months in non-wrestling topics... Im finding it's been a bit draining reading the endless political debates, bickering, belittling and attacking each other's political beliefs. I know we can all argue the moral high ground and that's not where I'm going with this. I get we all come from different walks of life, occupations, geography, urban vs rural etc... not only do I think it's ok to have debate and disagreements but I think if we are open minded we can all learn from each other. That's assuming we can reach a higher level of consensus but it seems we are in a world so far from that right now. Im not trying to start a thread where we argue again or point fingers on why and how we got to this point and maybe this thread is a repeat of someone else trying to do it in the past but maybe if we share a bit more about ourselves outside of politics and get to know one another on a level that's more neighborly, perhaps it can move the needle a fraction in the right direction. Or just reflect on times where it wasn't always this way. I know we as humans are tribal but nature but I also think we are capable of rising above that as well. I guess I just wanted a thread where only for a second some of us can come up for air and not be at each others throats, maybe tell a few jokes, talk about something we learned from a wrestler through coaching or as a parent or even just a cool experience we had recently. I'm happy to go first...

Oh Jimmy... whatever you want to call me...whilst complaining about name calling, I can at LEAST make a coherent argument based on my own opinions rather than just regurgitating what others have said! -

Waaaait a second. Russia attacking the Ukraine and Palestine attacking Israel was Biden's fault...but the US actively participating in the Israel-Iran conflict is NOT on Trump? I mean, I actually agree, it's not, it's just stunning the hypocrisy... particularly since YOU specifically have blamed Biden and claimed he was starting "WWIII."

Significantly, Hellickson’s lead assistant during much of Strauss’s tenure was Jim Jordan – the two-time NCAA wrestling champion turned Freedom Caucus congressman and Donald Trump bootlick. While Jordan would register his share of on-the-record denials at the time, a number of former wrestlers say in the film that Jordan reached out to them privately and pushed them to change their stories in hopes of making the scandal, and the growing scrutiny on him, go away. The story bookends a shocking testimonial from Frederick Feeney, a respected wrestling referee who alleges that Strauss pleasured himself as the ref was showering after officiating a meet decades ago. “The next thing I know, I’m feeling his hand on my butt,” Feeney says to camera, choking back the emotion. “It affected me so bad that I didn’t even respond to him, when I should’ve knocked him on his ass at that point. But I didn’t. As I’m walking out [of the locker room], Russ Hellickson and Jim Jordan were both standing there. I looked at both of them and said, Strauss was in there masturbating beside me in the shower. Jim Jordan looked at me straight in my face and said, ‘It’s Strauss. You know what he does.’”

Whenever @ionel or someone posts a cut and pasted sentence, you can be sure they're being dishonest. My guess would be that's from after the US pulled out of the agreement...probably long after(perhaps even this year). And now the key part... the actual source; https://www.armscontrol.org/factsheets/restoring-jcpoas-nuclear-limits

This is...absolutely amazing. I'm honestly not opposed to taking out the Ayatollah. I think Iran is the most Western Friendly Country in the Middle East(the people, obviously not leadership) and this COULD be a...good thing... in so much as forcing regime change is ever a good thing. But going back and saying you can't count on THEM to hold up their side of the deal when we've regularly made an about face and pulled out of the deals and THEN claiming we couldn't have access to the site that was part of the agreement we pulled out of AFTER we pulled out of... When you summarize it, it's so stupid it's hard to understand how people are this stupid.
