The subject is the comment Ernst made regarding the medicaid aspects of the bill. But the implication is that the changes to medicaid will kill lots of people. That R's are blood thirsty. Medicaid was not designed for illegal aliens nor for people who refuse to work. So it is just getting back to where it was supposed to be in the first place.
