Are you ok with smoking. Over half million people die from smoke related deaths each year. Heart, lung among other diseases. Are you ok with alcohol. Over 100 thousand deaths a year from drunk driving and a whole host of medical issues. Are you ok with cars. Over 50 thousand die each year in car accidents. Please put Charlie words in the context in which he said them. Unless you can regulate Hateful people, Evil people and Mentally deranged people you will not stop them from killing others. They don't need guns in order to kill others.

Yes. If the mistakes were a random walk (statistically) then no one would be carping . Or everyone would. But when the mistakes are skewed there is someone tipping the scales. BLS is in a 92% partisan location. My hypothesis is that their statistical errors are statistically significant which shows a causation effect.
