I don't think they have to use 9.9 now. IMO I don't see every OPT IN school giving anywhere near 30 full scholarships for wrestling. Let's say a team has 40 on roster. Giving 9.9 means 30 are paying the school. Now change that to 30 on full ride. I just don't see it happening.

It seems a certainty that the midterms will bring in a House run by Dems, it almost always happens. But if Trump can get the trade deals he wants thus improving the economy and markets, keep the border closed, and lower taxes while lowering spending, the blue wave may not happen. Those are big things, but will be responded to enthusiastically if all come to pass. People are happy with progress in closing the border. If he can get to the others, there should be no blue wave taking over in the House. Impeachment would be all but impossible if that happens. mspart
