I would think that recruiting at Morgan State is an uphill battle. Most bluechip recruits would pick a top 10 school over Morgan State. I would also think that the school would be great for AA/Black recruits but a difficult land for other ethnicities solely based on the the school demographics. - 72% Black or African American, 4.85% Hispanic or Latino, 2.96% Two or More Races, 1.59% White, 0.52% Asian

I think lots of athletes complain to the ref without it showing any lack of mental toughness. Burroughs and Dake are the two biggest complainers in the sport and maybe the two mentally toughest athletes we have. The complaining doesn't lessen their ability to wrestle and win. In Lockett's loss to Russia I think you could say he got caught up in complaining and it affected how he wrestled. That's a mental toughness issue. Complaining and not letting it affect your performance is not a mental toughness issue. It's an optics issue at worst. There were no mental toughness issues against Germany this morning.

They are academic institutions, kids enroll to get an academic degree, it's an academic issue not NIL and NIL is relatively new. Some countries with good wrestling just don't provide the course work in high school to be accepted into US universities. Russia etc are examples hence a good path is the JC route. Japan students have better acceptance if they pass the English requirement.
