    I'll play devils advocate...it was his first match back, against a decent guy who talked smack very publicly...he might calm down...i don't think he's gonna do anything on the mat bad enough to get him kicked off the team anytime soon.

    Having a good tournament doesn't make you overrated, people talking about you're ability in an exaggerated fashion for faulty reasons does. Who is talking up Nelson Brands? I don't see anyone.

    He's also insinuating that he wouldn't be in the lineup if not for nepotism, thats an accusation in my book. Also what is the idea that he's overrated based on? That we know his name?

    he rode him convincingly...but to be honest it looks like his ceiling might be where he was in 2021, which is nowhere near what he was in 2022.

    Got a Take down on extended single late in the first, 2nd Took down and got out easily, didn't make another serious attempt till late in the 2nd but was stopped. Broke stemmet to his belly early in the third and then hooked his ankle and immediately started looking at the ref like he was entitled to 3 stalling calls already, rode convincingly while acting like a bit of a baby the rest of the match. Splits and an "A OK" signs to the crowd. Stemmet never sniffed a point.

    Don't think he was confident in his shape, complained to the ref way too quick... I liked the terminology "unpleasantries", mild irony....

    I'm not sure what interests are at play but its possible the stream just wasn't gonna get picked up till stanford showed up.
