No, people are bringing up past events and incidents to suggest that it's been going on for a while within their program. A former dad who has basically been going on a media tour has referenced that one of the worst culprits (along with his dad) is now wrestling at a major university. Swiderski was Dundee, but that guy has said specifically that's not who he's referring to. Barr was a Davison HS kid.

There's an investigation into the Dundee HS wrestling program here in Michigan. It stems from a specific recent incident but with that it's been brought up and discussed how that program has a long history of bullying and abuse. From some of the interviews and comments, it's pretty clear that (without naming them), Davis and his dad are some of the worst offenders. So, it'll be interesting if anything comes from that.

My understanding is they pushed him out because they wanted to give Keegan O'Toole a full-time coaching job and I'm assuming to make sure he stays after graduation. With Tyrel, they used the rational that as the top assistant it was time for him to find a head coaching position... and they helped out by taking his current job. Tyrel is the salt of the earth and an outstanding coach; anyone suggesting that he did anything to deserve this is just trying to make excuses for a pretty lousy way to treat someone.
