  1. I don't drink either. I mean I drank last weekend, but I don't drink. I liked it when I did drink though, it was cool. But I don't drink.
  2. Looks like his competition is lifting... https://www.instagram.com/reel/C9L7696MUH3/?igsh=MThmYnd3OWZtM3cwNg==
  3. Yup, that's what you got in return.
  4. It's more likely God blessed him with the strength of 1000 men to solely strike down Yazdani and the false prophets he represents.
  5. So you believe Brooks achieved that by only wrestling. Got it
  6. Taylor was skinny and looked like somebody who didn't lift until he needed to bulk to 86kg. Brooks has been absolutely jacked.
  7. His brother in the comments is suggesting it's superior genetics. I believe Herschel Walker and Bo Jackson also claimed to never lift weights. I'm not sure I believe any of them.
  8. https://www.instagram.com/reel/C9LivhlsyOw/?igsh=aDNsOWNjZmY2amJp Surprising to hear he's built this physique by just wrestling. Thoughts?
  9. There's a difference between somebody getting injured or sick and not being allowed to compete when you're the best in the world and trying to.
  10. True. I watched the Flo Youtube video of his compilation of matches verse Americans and damn, he's a great wrestler. I remember watching Pico at the junior worlds and thinking "wow, Pico really underperformed here" when he lost to Yazdani. Turns out, Yazdani was just that damn good.
  11. Found it! 5:53-ish.
  12. Yeah he did say that haha. Can't recall where the interview was.
  13. Few guys in Mineo's group are saying DT has a zero tolerance policy. Not sure if that's true.
  14. I don't think he's going to win a bullfight either. He's going to have to bring some finesse to the party to pull it out (which I think Brooks has). He did say his underhooks come from the lord, Yazdani's from a club coach. Could mean that he thinks he can go head to head with the underhooks and beat him at his own game. I think that'd be a risky, if not straight up bad strategy.
  15. After watching the match, I agree. Hidlay seemed one dimensional and just got worked by Yazdani where he wrestles best. I wonder if Brooks will even try the underhook game with him.
  16. Know where to watch the match. Has me worried for Brooks against Yaz. Not many (if any) people work Trent like that.
  17. I'm seeing that it was a disagreement on "lifestyle choices", in other words, partying / drinking. Is DT implementing a zero tolerance policy?
  18. Love the way he wrestles and his demeanor. He's got that savage mentality that Sasso brings to the table. Kid just wants to wrestle, doesn't wanna duck anyone, and is ready for all competition no matter what. Fun for the sport!
  19. @Husker_Du tell Alirez to make the announcement already! OkieSt?
  20. I'll donate him some of my leftover pesos from my last trip, but that's all that traitor is getting.
  21. He's lucky............... I wonder who paid for the lawyers, hopefully Mr Brooks himself. All that being said, good for Aaron and USA, I'm hoping he gets to go against Yazdani.
  22. Interesting. I wonder how that works, since the time between his U23 gold and now consisted of him wrestling a boat load and winning an NCAA title and Olympic Trials spot.
  23. This right here ^. It sounds as though the sanctions would be less severe due to disclosing it, but the fact that he hasn't been sanctioned at all yet... could be bad news. He has less than 3 months until competition, so if there's a sanction longer than that, he's screwed. Overall, I doubt Brooks lied. It's pretty easy to get a TUE for stimulants from what I can understand (whether he needs it for studying or competition); he probably was just being an idiot. Will probably be up to if WADA is lenient on idiots and whether or not they believe it gave him any advantage.
  24. Check mate
  25. Uh oh, aren't saunas banned by the NCAA? Time to revoke those titles as well.
