  1. From Reuters, it seems that the Trump-appointed DA is suggesting a quid pro quo was offered: Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. It’s not the city’s job to enforce immigration law. Never has been, never will be. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. I have paid exactly zero dollars and have been posting on the PSU rivals board for several years. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Keckeisen has to have senior lever aspirations, right? If so, not sure how realistic that is.
  5. Money, not sure, but Mizzou could be a good landing spot if it doesn’t work at PSU. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Man, that would be a punch in the gut for Buck fans. If he doesn't start Friday, is he out? Getting that few total points out of Mendez, Feldman and Bouzakis seems insane. Obviously Mendez is pulling his weight. Feldman is dealing with an all-timer this year, but he's going to be lucky to make the 3rd place match. Seems much more likely to wrestle for 5th-8th. If Davino is the starter, I have to imagine Bouzakis hits the portal unless he thinks Mendez is going up to 149 next year or he thinks he can make 125. The latter seems...doubtful.
  7. “Under my political opponent, some terrible thing happened that I have no proof of but I’ll lie about it anyway.” See? Pretty easy to make stuff up and post it in the internet. Particularly when you own the website. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. They aren’t following the law. That’s the problem. DOGE can’t do any of the stuff they are trying to do, legally, which is why they are getting curb stomped in court. Simply put: they have no legal authority to block payments as authorized by federal spending laws. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. As the article states: “In 2014, Shokin had investigated Burisma for money laundering and tax irregularities, per USA TODAY. The probe focused on 2010-12, according to the National Anti-Corruption Bureau. Hunter Biden — who joined the board in 2014 and served on it until early 2019 — was not the subject of the investigation.” Nice try. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. The EU, IMF and US recommended Shokin be removed because he hadn’t successfully prosecuted anyone. Which is something you DOGE girls should appreciate. More effective government. Less corruption. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Shokin? The guy who wasn’t investigating Hunter Biden? Shokin investigated Burisma before Hunter Biden ever joined their board. Hunter joined 2 years after he concluded his investigation. Here’s a good article with some relevant dates that I’m sure you won’t read. https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/factcheck/2020/10/21/fact-check-joe-biden-leveraged-ukraine-aid-oust-corrupt-prosecutor/5991434002/ Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  13. Nope. Turns out Trump plans to buy Gaza. https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/cn57neepx4vo.amp Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  15. It's kind of rich that he, a crypto evangelist, would complain about lack of transparency when crypto's main use case is the financing of terrorism, organized crime (drug trade, human trafficking) and other black market activities.
  16. Might want to look at the calendar, look at today's date, the date of NCAAs, and look at historical performances for Penn State at this particular point in the season. Hint: No should be surprised that Penn State doesn't look "great" today.
  17. The ol’ eye gauge. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. I don’t think the 2 year olds dying of starvation care where the food come from, bro. But I’m glad this is funny to you. You’re a really classy guy. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. How are refugees who have been forced from their homes supposed to care for their kids, oh wise one? They have nothing. Literally nothing. I went to high school with a kid from Sudan. He and his two sisters were the only surviving kids of eight children. His older brother got hacked to death with a machete. He had multiple burns on his lower legs from where his captors had tortured him with a red hot machete blade. Several of his younger siblings died from starvation. But hey, Also, let’s not pretend that Republicans give a *I poop my pants, don't laugh at me* about food insecurity in America. Republican states regularly vote to kill programs providing meals to students in need. We can easily take care of our own, but choose not to. And those pesky red states lead the way there. Just like they do in overall obesity, child mortality, mother mortality, and pretty much every other bad health outcome. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. I’m really thankful that a *I poop my pants, don't laugh at me*load of kids have died of starvation or been doomed to an early death from AIDS because of DOGE. Totes. /s Also, your boy JD Vance just let this little gem out. As I predicted, it appears Trump/Musk have no plans to obey any court orders. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. 197 last year. The winner at 197 last year absolutely wrecked Buchanan, who took 3rd. Hidlay would have killed him, too. Buchanan is the consensus number one this year. I was actually going to make a thread about the biggest drop off from one year to the next in terms of top ranked wrestlers at a weight. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. Here’s the thing: If they went through the appropriate processes (Congress) to change the budget, that would be fine. That’s how it’s supposed to work. The President is not a king. If the next government funding bill kills all of these jobs and is signed into law, that’s sad, but that’s the appropriate process. Unfortunately for Elon and Co, they were ordered to stop what they were doing and destroy all copies of data by a federal judge. If they don’t, they go to jail. Another restored 3,000 USAID workers, where they will resume doing what federal law has authorized them to do. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
