  1. Well, it shows that Israel is more or less fine with Hamas existing because their very existence means no two state solution. Netanyahu is fine with taking some casualties because it guarantees that Israel will never cede land to Palestinians/Palestine. And, that Israel isn’t really interested in any kind of “peace”. 2. Yes. I chose to ignore Woods. You have arrived at my point: Iowa tends to have better lower weights than Penn State and that’s about it. Congratulations! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. And I specifically derided Iowa’s middleweight development when I quoted him. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Given that my post was about 157 and 165lb wrestlers (“middleweights”), I’m not sure why you are quoting me and responding with statements about people who wrestle in the 141lb weight class. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. I literally wrote “I don’t” in the post you quoted. Here, I’ll restate the answer to your question, because one time wasn’t enough, apparently: I don’t condone the killing of civilians. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. I don’t. But, we should all understand that Hamas doesn’t give a shit about the civilian population of Gaza, and puts legitimate military targets amongst the populace, *knowing* that IDF will strike them. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. “Leveling of Gaza.” I’ll say the same thing to you that I’d say to someone who claimed “BLM riots burned down whole cities!”: No. Unless your definition of “leveling” is different than mine. Also, I have an advanced degree in remote sensing, so I’ll be fact checking your claims about the “leveling” using Worldview 3 imagery. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Seriously, just stop. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. I’ll let you in on a little secret: I spent a good amount of time in Afghanistan. I was never ordered to go anywhere without a very high likelihood of bad dudes doing bad things there. And by that, I mean live, persistent video footage of those bad dudes. We took extreme pains to avoid harming anyone without cause, sometimes to our detriment. Sometimes those multiple levels of controls fail, but relatively rarely. Walked right on past a bunch of villages in the dark of night without anyone knowing I was there until they saw our footprints the next morning. Sometimes we’d return to places that had been targeted previously and speak to village elders. When a person tells you, to your face that they’ve never met a recently deceased, targeted individual, when you’ve seen them talking to each other (via multiple modes of observation, in some cases) a bit of compassion goes out the window. Re: poverty. The populace let a gang of miscreants take over their country, multiple times. When I saw video footage of tens and tens of thousands of fighting age men trying to escape in 2021, I truly stopped caring. They deserve the Taliban. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. The US military made people live in extreme poverty in Afghanistan? In Iraq? Seriously? That’s some really weird, revisionist history. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. When I see men, women and children cheering as a rape victim (bleeding from her genitalia) is paraded before them, I’d ask myself: If I were an IDF soldier or pilot and I saw that, how would I react? I can’t say that I know. But, if Palestinians can devalue human life and dignity so easily, so can Israelis. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. I have mixed feelings on this. 1) As in Afghanistan and Iraq, the people in the West Bank knew/know who Hamas is, what they were up to, and turned a blind eye to it. Apathy has the same result as being party to it, in this case. If you’re hanging out in the vicinity of rocket launchers when they are about to let loose on some rounds headed to Jerusalem and you get smoked by a 500 pound bomb dropped by the IDF from 30,000ft, sucks to suck. 2) In a lot of the videos I’ve seen, it’s just a bunch of young or middle aged men doing … whatever. No women, no children. Unfortunately, while the IDF tends to *try* to observe the principal of proportionality, even a 200lb bomb is absolutely gigantic in terms of what it can destroy. The kids and women near those detonations, hiding and fearing for their lives, don’t deserve what is almost certainly happening to them. 3) Al Qassam just announced that they are going to start filming and broadcasting the executions of the Israelis they’ve captured. If your goal is to draw sympathy from the rest of the world, this ain’t it, dawg. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. And on the front side. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Pardon me for being less than impressed with the development Iowa has done at the middle weights or their bumper crop of practice partners at the HWC. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. If Messenbrink goes he wrecks whoever Iowa throws out there. 157 is not a toss up, either. Saying that Iowa wins 141 “for sure”, after what we saw BB do this spring, is foolish. Ferrari won’t be 197 without some serious medical intervention. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. The injury happened 6 weeks ago, so even a broken ankle could’ve healed sufficiently at this point. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. This dude really is a piece of garbage. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. How many points do you think AJ Ferrari can score, exactly? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. I predicted this as soon as he joined CKWC. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Yeah. Terrible argument by the author. As soon as the author starts talking about Nixon’s civil liabilities, and why he couldn’t be sued, sorry, the author’s argument is shit. Crimes committed outside the scope of the office resulting in federal and state criminal charges are not akin to civil liability. The author likely knows this, but also, knows his mark: you. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. Some GQP members have already indicated they’ll change their own rules for him. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. That’s a political act, when in office. These are criminal charges. Tell me what role the president has in elections run by the states. He clearly acted well outside any authority granted to him by the constitution. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. God, please let Texas and the rest of the South secede. That would be amazing. Seriously. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
