Just a thought: In cycling, if you win Worlds, you get to wear the rainbow bands that year. Usually an all-white jersey with the rainbow bands across the chest and back. Past world champs (at that discipline and age level) are allowed to have jerseys with the bands on the cuff and collar. Very subdued but noticeable. Wrestling should do that. You might get these senior world champs to wrestle more if they got to show off a singlet with the world champion bands on an all-white top (red or blue bottom, of course).
