I have never met a casual college wrestling fan. But, of course, they may exist.

We're talking about a college kid who devotes a significant amount of time to wrestling. I suspect that life experience will mellow him out.

Starocci's attitude might end up working for him. Athletes like MJ and Kobe were the same way. There's just this strong inner need to dominate. At any rate, Starocci's attitude has worked for him so far.

Trump is reportedly calling for protests because he says he will be indicted on Tuesday. (I obviously don’t know if that’s true first hand.)

It would be tough -- but not unprecedented -- to win the Hodge with a loss.

Who are the top contenders for the Hodge this year? I'd say Parris and Starocci are in contention. RBY and Carr, as well, especially considering how difficult their weight classes are. Woods, Alirez, and a few others as well.

I don't have a point. I just thought it was interesting to see how many years these athletes have been training post-high school. Sometimes it's hard to tell by just looking at how many years of eligibility they have remaining. They all look fantastic.

First Nebraska signed Red out of Indiana. Then they signed Allred out of Indiana. They must be on to something.

Griffith is already a Stanford grad (I believe) and an NCAA champ. Seems like a pretty good deal to me.
