  1. I don't think Dianne Feinstein is getting charged any time soon. I would also like to see leveraging position for financial gain reformed in all branches of government. Hard to take the first paragraph seriously, so len(list) is 0
  2. Is it media and their politicians or politicians and their media? I think the latter.
  3. No. We are talking about an alleged tight correlation between the age of a population and it's death rate due to covid, per you. The data doesn't show that correlation at all.
  4. This is a clown show. The Republicans are in way, way over their heads!
  5. Those statistics are not significantly different from the ones I used. You look right past VT, NH, HI and ME! Those states are statistically the same as FL but on the polar opposite side of death rate. What gives?!
  6. COVID statistics showing per capita death rates by state cross referenced with median age of residents by state.
  7. This process is interesting to me. I'm not a cfb fan, but I think the discussion here is a fair representation of the selection committee's thought processes. Some of the comments and I assume committee decisions are antithetical to how sports work. Margin of victory is meaningless. Anybody else remember how much better David Taylor is than Kyle Dake, and why?
  8. The process and arguments remind me of the Hodge voting and posting when reigning Olympic champion Kyle Snyder took a back seat.
  9. Interesting outcome. My guess is FSU was penalized for schedule, but that looks like some sort of fluke. In many years their schedule could have been beyond brutal.
  10. Whatsa matter? Hard to look at that MI?
  11. I'd pick WA, TX, MI and FSU.
  12. As a matter of fact, I did. States with higher median age than Florida had lower death rates than California.
  13. Anybody know if Newsom asked DeSantis why the people of Florida transported a large group of migrants from Texas to an island off the coast of Massachusetts?
  14. Huh. I heard Newsom told him he stopped following the science and it cost tens of thousands of lives. Seems true since the per-capita death rate in Florida is well over 50% higher than CA and one of the worst in the country.
  15. I didn’t. It is memorialized in many forms.
  16. Genuinely curious. How does X replace MSM? Do you only consume content from original creators like Tucker Carlson? Consume pundit interpretations of MSM?
  17. It is amazing to me that a man can keep and foster such loyalty to an obviously failed paradigm. He literally said the biggest social media mistake he has ever made was to attach his name, and therefore X itself, to an antisemitic post. In virtually the next breath he tells advertisers to go ***duck** themselves for doing the same thing. We live in amazing times. Post was still up yesterday, so he also has that.
  18. Don't forget 7) These problems didn't exist at Twitter. 8 ) X is responsible for X.
  19. Newsom: You followed science. You followed fact. DeSantis: That is not true. Like taking candy from a baby.
  20. Sounds like the comparison is one of competence. One administration was too busy golfing, running rallies and being best on social media to even notice.
  21. Didn't see it. Looks like Hannity hosted a private debate between a Democrat and a Republican. The Democrat didn't get absolutely scorched. Hence, losses keep piling up for DeSantis. Newsom has brass balls for even showing up.
  22. No, they were the winners.
  23. Both sides are diminished in a cultural war but only one side is vanquished!
  24. Two years ago, I was watching a wrestling dual @CHA. This Wisconsin kid - no way in hell he’s from Wisconsin, if you know what I mean and you do know what I mean- was wrestling. Anyway, he was getting lucky and beating a Hawkeye. One of the guys a section over was telling him the honest truth loud enough to get his attention. Ain’t nobody said anything because they all knew it was true!
