Every team should in some capacity. “Shouldn’t” refers to position/situation context and why are they in those they’ve been in lately with the volume and percentages. Obviously some failure in the recruiting domain. I look at Michigan very similarly, just more extreme in the struggle. People don’t talk about elements of things who aren’t as competent and not a threat.

Turnover is more typical for newer coaches in whatever NCAA sport, more stability later. It’s shocking Iowa is still in this position where so much overhaul is necessary to compete at the top tier. I think they’re getting it figured out a little more with their ‘26 class.
