  1. And break some arms. https://jiujitsutimes.com/the-ibjjf-has-announced-that-starting-on-june-1st-2023-they-will-no-longer-be-testing-their-competitors/
  2. The slam may be a bit outside of good taste, but they were more than happy to take advantage of him.
  3. here's a short video on this event.
  4. I'm not familiar with this. Sounds awesome.
  5. Are you saying that nothing is of value without viewing all 41,000 hours. His interactions and conduct don't have any value without seeing it in its entirety? I maintain the video of him entering the capital speaks volumes about the tone the government tried to set with respect to the entire day. You are essentially taking the position that the description of the event has more value than the video documenting the event. The prosecution made statements that require only short clips to prove wrong. They framed the demeanor of defendant and the action of the police in ways easily disproven by the video evidence.
  6. Does it bother you that protesters have stormed congress on multiple occasions in protest without similar punishment? Do you think this was in no way political, or mostly political. Do you believe justice in its current state is being equally distributed? If you were denied video evidence showing your clients actions in full, would you feel as if your clients rights were violated. Do you think the video evidence would have had value in the counsel you gave your client?
  7. “Had the videos been properly disclosed as required by law they would certainly have been used as a counterpoint to the one-sided and factually inaccurate portrait of Mr. Chansley painted by the Government in its Sentencing Statement and arguments at the sentencing hearing,” the letter continues. His lawyer disagrees
  8. One of the statements made here was that he entered through a door that was knocked in, the video evidence shows him entering and his interactions with the capitol police at that entrance. It paints a very different image. The prosecution also stated he had to be removed physically, the video evidence shows a different story.
  9. Extracting information isn't your strong point.
  10. You're not able to see the truth through your bias. What would be the opposite side of you?
  11. I do have family on the other side of that on which you work, so I'm not void of knowledge. You keep putting words in my mouth to use to make your point, but never seem to address the actual facts. The conversations I'm having is people need to be worried. Now I'm saying those people are worried and this is the early reaction to that worry. The legal process is implemented and those who know they f'ed up are going into damage control. You can keep your head in the sand and see your side as the purveyors of truth and justice, but the tide is turning on the facts surrounding this.
  12. Your understanding of the "system" is not wrong, but not complete. Your lack of understanding of the influences of people within the system is evident. Your lack of understanding of self preservation is almost laughable. This isn't an issue of a clerical error, it's a criminal act.
  13. Amazing how people will accept this when it's used against their political opposition. Certain actions should be viewed as absolute as the law has dictated they are.
  14. Because nobody was ever forced into a confession at the risk of the full force of the government coming down on them. Making accusations of illegal conduct while hiding evidence against your accusations is one of the protections we are afforded by the limits set on our government.
  15. Look who's involved. That should tell you everything. The entire narrative is collapsing. People are in a panic who are involved. This isn't people who made mistakes, it's people who committed fraud . This was engineered by very high up political people, and those who are going to take the fall are trying to limit the damages they are responsible for. This isn't even a matter of opinion. This is a glaring act of an intentional Prosecutorial misconduct. You can bet people are using every connection available to distance themselves from this illegal act. Reports are already saying people involved are in a panic.
  16. Claims made by the prosecution were probably false by the video evidence.
  17. This was an illegal and malicious prosecution, motions have been filed and guilty people are trying to limit their damage. Personal liability can be pursued when someone loses their qualified immunity.
  18. When I was involved with MNUSA I had the pleasure of working with Peyton. He was a true pleasure to work with and you knew from a young age this young man had the right skill set to succeed, not only as a wrestler but in life in general. Kids like him were my reward to give back to wrestling.
  19. So you don't think political influence exists in the system? Ok I guess I'm ignorant.
  20. Do whatever you want, I'm certainly not placing myself above anyone in this discussion.
  21. Is the Scorpio the Ferrari family or those on message boards saying shit about people they wouldn't say to their faces?
  22. You can be openly corrupt when you control the system of accountability.
