    Someone will invent a wrestling headgear with an earphone that the coach can talk to the wrestler through and this will quiet down one of them. Wrestlers are so intensely concentrated that they can’t hear much of anything.

    He beat the guy who won third. My thoughts are that he would have finished second if he had been seeded on the other side of the bracket and not been injured, but that is a big IF. Now the concern is that he will be injury plagued as Boo and Brock were.

    Okay, I’ll give you the 125 comparison being that Mastro may have been seeded on the same side of the bracket. For OSU to win, a healthy Carter places third; Sheets places sixth, his seed; and G wins his finals match. Some strange seedings after all the discussion of how they are decided. Carter was seeded behind two guys he beat in duals. G, seeded second, lost to the one seed and beat the third and fourth placers.

    It is in my mind. It moves you closer to a first down or the end zone. Sometimes it gives you a first down or replay the down. How many touchdown drives are said to be kept alive by a penalty? Choice doesn’t automatically give one wrestler points, it gives one an opportunity, and increases the action in the match.

    Restart with choice as in injury time. Like in football and basketball, you can make it easier for them to score but they have to do it themselves.

    Because someone decided that it would be a good idea to let the refs award points to a competitor, entirely unlike any other major sport. Also, can we make a rule that you can do anything you want with your fingers except a few places you can’t put them? Big 12 refs were pathetic.

    I watch the radio sometimes. Problem is, the radio announcer covers the matches as if he were a tv announcer; dead air, few updates on score and time, gets everything wrong first and then makes retractions and corrections, and the tv announcers cover them like they’re on the radio; describing what you can see.

    I saw a film of him once. He reminded me of a cat; no matter what his opponent did he landed on his feet with his claws in him.
