  1. I can empathize. I had teammates back in my youth who I knew had really big problems. As a teammate though I'm just not equipped in how to help. I wish I had told coaches instead of being worried about ratting on someone
  2. Haha well I consider us the same, although I'm not sure the qualification is honored by the schools that you may be part of
  3. I agree - I thought it was a takedown when I first saw it
  4. Runyon who is up from 174 to heavyweight is beating Nitzel 6-1 after a takedown and a reversal versus an escape. Very impressive for a guy who ust havae put on fifty pounds in the offseason. Dual finishes with 24-10 in favor of UNI. Runyon 7-0 at his new weight class. And now we move to extra matches.
  5. Voelker takedown in the first. up 3-0 over Sinclair going into the 2nd
  6. Let him up take him down. 16-3, RT locked up. Let him up again. 17-4 final score for Keck. 18-10 Panthers
  7. I had to take some time away from the keyboard and just watch this match. Keckeisen was hunting him the entire time. Hawks stalled a couple times and Keckeisen got a point. He was just too overwhelming. 13-2 now in the third. 40 seconds left
  8. O'Toole barely gets a major over Fox. 14-10 Panthers
  9. I got distracted but Thomsen won in a nondescript decision. O'Toole up next. 14-6 UNI
  10. Ben Askren joined the broadcast for halftime. Talked about how he always wanted to compete in the state of Wisconsin when he was in college, so he's happy to be able to help Keegan and Parker do the same.
  11. Ryder Downey first period with a takedown. Second period escape and another takedown. Hazard tilt for four points. Releases the lock, goes back for it- gets another four. And that's all she wrote. 15-0 Downey and its 11-6 UNI after five.
  12. Allard escapes. Riding time is corrected (16 seconds for Gioffre). 1:30 left in the third. more lockups with minimal action. Gioffre is hitting an array of fakes and goes for a shot. Allard uses heavy hips to stop it. but time ticks away. 2-1 Gioffre. 6-6 for the dual
  13. Gioffre starts on bottom in the second. Allard does a decent job holding him down. Second caution on Gioffre trying to escape early. Allard has 45 seconds of riding time and lets up a reversal, and his time starts ticking against him. Period ends at 2-0 Gioffre who also has 7 seconds of riding time (clock starting ticking in the wrong direction after the last stoppage, and they haven't yet corrected it). 3rd period 2-0 for Gioffre
  14. A lot of locking up and not a lot of risk taking in period one. Neither guy committed to a shot. 0-0 after one
  15. Allard is Realbuto's backup. Gioffre is ranked 23rd in the country, but has faced a tough schedule so far this year.
  16. Edmond looking to go upper body. Happel backs out of it. 30 seconds left. Edmond keeps pushing but Happel plays it smart. 2 stalls called on Happel its 4-3 and thats it. Happel wins a tight one. 6-3 UNI
  17. 1st period no action at 141. 2nd period, Edmond escapes quickly, but no action after. 3rd period, Happel escapes and then gets a single setup from his underhook and the three point takedown. 4-1 Happel, another escape by Edmond. 4-2 and a minute left. Riding time's not a factor.
  18. That was a fun match. Land is a greco guy and Moore is generally unconventional
  19. Moore gets RT under a minute - both guys get a stall call. Moore lets him up and goes quick in on a takedown. Stops for potentially dangerous. 20 seconds left - Moore goes for another duckunder to no avail. Land wins 5-2. Dual is locked up at 3 and Edmond vs Happel is next
  20. Moore goes down for period 2 and Land rides him. 2:11 of riding time for Land and he has the 3-1 lead starting on bottom for period 3
  21. This match has been far too dynamic for me to provide accurate commentary. It's 3-1
  22. Kade Moore vs Cory Land should be a fun one. Here we go @Camel Wrestling Fan
