  1. To me it does. I also asked Rich and he agrees
  2. Schultz has looked disinterested this year and last. He's got a lot of talent and uses it more sporadically than we would apppreciate. The Jordan Wood match was incredible
  3. 125: Lilledahl (extremely high pedigree, but not yet fully tested in NCAA D1 folkstyle 133: Davis was hot to start last year but ended up not placing and that was down at 125 where he had more of an advantage All other starters should be expected to AA, and you wouldn't be crazy for including either the the lightweights
  4. Not to me he doesn't. Respect your opinion though
  5. So it seem pretty likely that Ohio State just matched or upped whatever financial offer was mentioned by OKST?
  6. That's fair. I was thinking of Brock Hardy as a possibility to make it interesting with Bartlett. Main reason I was worried is that Bartlett is a sure three if he gets to the main matches. but he has a higher chance in my mind of randomly getting burned in a close match (hasn't really happened yet, so this is only me feeling uneasy about him playing with fire)
  7. He was for sure. I think this version of McCrone is an AA though.
  8. One guy in the running is Brendan McCrone. Everyone assumed Kilkeary would take the weight this year but McCrone had other plans
  9. That strikes me as surprising. If that stats actually show that, I would be shocked. That's not how it *Feels* when I watch him wrestle, but of course that feeling could be misplaced
  10. Bartlett probably going to be third, but as good as he is, I think he has a higher chance of being upset because how how close he keeps matches. He reminds me of the pre-injury Sammy Sasso in that way
  11. You guys are all higher on Alirez vs Mendez than I am. I was one of the original Alirez homers and predicted him to win the title in Nick Lee's senior year (he did not place and was pinned by Clay Carlson in the blood round). But when we watched them face off (I think it was a catch weight?) in the offseason and it didn't seem particularly close. In my mind they are the clear number 1 and number 2 with 3rd place as a true unknown. Mendez is currently king of the castle in my book
  12. Oklahoma State
  13. 125: Figueroa vs Ramos (4) 133: Crookham vs Byrd (3) 141: Mendez vs Alirez (5) 149: Henson vs Van Ness (1) 157: Kasak vs Taylor (8) 165: Mesenbrink vs Caliendo (6) 174: O'Toole vs Haines (2) 184: Starocci vs Keckeisen (9) 197: Buchanan vs Barr (7) 285: Steveson vs Kerkvliet (10)
  14. you are right. I call stalling on the forum. I will post mine shortly
  15. we didn't establish time frame but a month is the standard and has been completed. thanks for being a good sport sir
  16. I almost paid the six bucks on Little Rock Sports Network to watch it but ended up not doing it. Hopefully we have some video by morning.
  17. Upset Alert: Blake Boarman major decision over Nassir Bailey
  18. No clue, but he was a heavyweight/215 in high school. He's wide as hell but also short, so its an unconventional build.
  19. we need a 220 lb weight class... we can move the middle weights around to match freestyle weights basically.
  20. I have to wonder if its the cut
  21. TK Davis (redshirt freshman from Gardner-Webb) takes down Dylan Shawver 11-6
  22. The ref had a choice, but he made the wrong one. The Easton wrestler did not slam it to the floor or throw it into the crowd. It's clearly outlined below.
  23. I appreciate having a diverse set of perspectives here. I just thought it was clear to me that based on both spirit and letter, that the referee made the wrong call to me. Ultimately, I suppose that each of our own opinions are less relevant than the collective. I don't have an accurate way to gauge that consensus, but if twitter reactions or reactions on this board are any indication, it would seem to be in favor of the wrestler from Easton.
