I'm not a vegetarian either... though I do like some vegetables. (The late chef and show host Anthony Bourdain really didn't like vegetarians... mentioned in his book Kithcen Confidential ... a view that he softened later in his life.)

Chris Wilson. Wilson defeated Fadzaev twice, most notably at the 1990 Goodwill Games, where he won by points. According to a profile in Sports Illustrated from 1992, Wilson was the only wrestler to have defeated Fadzaev at that point in his career.

Sergei Beloglazov was such a wizard at technique... also, he did go up a weight at the worlds (62Kg at the Worlds in Edmonton in'82) and won it. His only time that he DIDN'T win the Worlds was a silver at San Diego in '79 @ his usual wt cl. of 57Kg. There he lost the gold medal to Japan's Hideaki Tomiyama.
