  1. Like who? What coaches and what misdeeds? Genuninely asking a question.
  2. Sad Deal, Prayers for Ben.
  3. meehhh, most don't like Bo in general, if this was done by Yianni or any other perceived "Good Guy" people would not be as upset. I did not read the article, but him telling them to get their crap together, be a D1 athlete, is not a bad thing. Have you watched any of Jordan's Instagram posts? Folks are worried about him. I am not saying Bo's words will save him, but I don't think anything is out of line at this point.
  4. Gawd, I see now why people flame you. I would ASSume you are retired and sit around and think of ***I am an idiot and can't use a better adjective***ed $hit, post and then sit back and hope for a reaction. I hate myself for clicking on this damn post. I blame myself, not you.
  5. I know Bill, he is a good dude. I am not saying that I know him well enough that I know what goes on behind closed doors, but that family is a great family. I have watched Bo lose at Super 32, and come over and hug his dad, and then it is over, back to work.
  6. OKLAHOMA STATE. DONE.
  7. They believe there is a chance he has some eligibility left, how? I don't know. There is a chance he has a minimum of a year left, maybe 2.
  8. ALL the talent in the world, athletic as hell. They might be able to work it out of him.
  9. The last thing I would point out. Dresser needs to be careful that there is not a Cuban vs American's stand off in there. I won't go into a ton of details, as I was previously white-knighted here for sharing too many details. However, I will say that Ech's brother is a significant source of friction in there. Osmany wanting to be treated like a prima donna is another one. Dresser doesn't stand for it, and rips Osmany, but it isn't like he is an 18 year old kid. We will see. I am pulling for them, I think Dresser is one of the best out there and they have a great group of donors.
  10. Like I said, I like his political side, but now I feel dirty liking him after watching that last night. I mean, that is the lowest of low IMO. They were just kids. Strauss's boss writing the letter and making that other guy feel like a liar is whole life, is another travesty. That whole show was tough to watch. The hockey player, geezzuus that was rough to listen to.
  11. I really don't know. I just see that log jam 133-165 and I wonder if someone couldn't get big enough to challenge him. Dresser loves MJ, and that is ok, but MJ has not progressed IMO. Riggins cant beat him, if he did, it would be really close. MJ at least gives a chance for bonus.
  12. I think he got so far down the hill, he could not turn around and admit he knew. I liked JJ, but man this is really a bad look for him
  13. as mentioned before, he got a little extra $$ last year to go down to 141, but got sick. Jacob got a shot, and the rest is history. Depending on how big everyone gets and how they move around, Gaitan could be at risk losing a spot at 174. IMO that is the weak link. If Ortega gets eligibility, which is a long shot, that will be your 133 starter, nobody in that room can touch him that is around his weight. If that happens, next year there will be transfers. Frost bros are outstanding dudes, and they do EVERYTHING right. But both spots will be up for grabs. Riggins won't see the mat again
  14. That was tough to watch, Strauss's boss was an A hole too.
  15. This will all be interesting. 125 will be Stevo. 133, man I just don't see this as a guarantee, on paper it should be, but I promise Osmany gives everyone in that room all they want at 133. His hurdle is food, and he is not disciplined at all. Grice is much better at 133 than 125, and hell I heard Meza wants to go 133 now. 141-174. Euton is really, really tough. He is not flashy by any means, but he is hard-nosed tough. There are so many ways that line up good go. There will be some good kids watching from the chairs this year, which is a great problem to have.
  16. He hasn't signed yet, I wonder if they pass on him now. I know the kid, but like many, he cannot handle his booze. Great kid when not drinking, and I THOUGHT he had out grown this $hit. Really disappointing.
  17. I can tell you, the rumor is Ech wants to go 141 next year. He got a little extra $$ to go 141 last year and then he got sick. Now, as you stated, it only makes sense to have Frost 141, but Ech is not big at all. He weighed around 148 after practice.
  18. This Chittum deal has me baffled. ISU was PISSED he was leaving, I know that. Everyone knew it was going to be bad because the way Chittum was acting at the dinner after nationals. BUT, why Chattanooga? I know he is from that area, but you are taking that over ISU? Did he think he had a spot at OSU then the door closed and this was his last option? I just don't get it. BUT chattanooga is quietly buidling a decent squad for the SOCON
  19. I am not even an OKIE STATE fan, but Iowa needs to recognize they will be next in line for top dog, not Iowa.
  20. they wanted Koll, he turned it down, then they wanted Hahn, he turned it down. Then they were just gonna keep Heflin, told him he had the job "verbally" and he went off to coach U23 or something like that, brought Kish in quietly and offered him the job.
  21. They are for sure going to be better, top to bottom. They MIGHT be in the top 15? maybe? Which is a step in the right direction. But, I also know, there are some young bulls on that team, that are not happy. Winning more makes everyone happy, so who knows, maybe this year will lock them in.
  22. Hell I want him to succeed, I am an OU fan through and through. I am just pissed at how Joe C has allowed that program to flounder. Leonard has been given a ton of power there, and I really do not know why. So, another tidbit on what a dirt bag Kish is. You seen Mcdougal, Pickalo, and Wiley leave, well it was because he cut most of their scholly money and had no discussion with them. Just tried to hand them a "new" contract and told them to just sign it. The wrestling world is too small man, you cannot continue to treat people like crap and burn bridges. Cam is a nice guy, but Teyon is a better recruiter, but Teyon is not a yes man. Anyway, I will shut up. I have no skin in that program, I am just a fan.
  23. yep, this is spot on. Here is one for you. They let Iowa State use the room before the OSU duals, or maybe big 12's, not sure on that. But, they worked out in the evening, and then the next AM, Kish had told Dresser he could use the facilties again. Iowa St shows up, and doors are locked. Someone had Buchanan's number and asked if he would come up and le them in. He did. While he was letting them in, Kish pulls up and starts dog cussing Dresser telling him to stop trying to poach his wrestlers. Dresser was like, WTF? I was trying to get my guys in here to warm up. Bad blood ever since. THAT is Roger Kish. complete D*ck and feels like he is better than everyone. I am not an OSU fan, I actually cannot stand OSU, but I tip my cap to DT. That dude is humble, and people are starting to love him more and more.
  24. Zan was a HARD Commit to OU, he committed to Lou. Kish screwed this whole deal up to. Zan had OSU, Minn, Missouri, and several others begging for him to decommit and come to their school. He stayed loyal, and then it got to the point, Kish didn't call him or anything, so he left. Kish tried to fight it, but he ended up getting out of the commitment. It came down to Illinois or Wisconisn. He chose Wisconsin. He is doing what he has always done. Win, and be a great kid. He will end up single handily save Bono and get some other good kids in there (IMO)
