  1. #4 overall (I believe)
  2. You and that Quaker dude ought to go hang out and drink some tea and discuss the worlds problems. Bassett has worked his ass off to get put in the position he is in. NIL changed the game way before his commitment; he just played the game. I bet you sit in your cubicle, try to meet people in the lunch room, and bitch about Robbie in accounting making double your salary because he is a "try hard".
  3. You sound like an ex girlfriend. There are TONS of kids that change their minds and decommit and choose a different school. Let me know if you want me to put a list together.
  4. Good stuff, and I appreciate this. It shows my lack of knowledge, I would have thought the guys I named the highest ranked on the team.
  5. Not trying to be a d*ck, but who is an AA candiate on that team? Lillard is tough, but he would have to wrestle out of his mind to AA, he could qualify. Porter, Moran, they are ok, Gilcher is tough, but again, no way he will AA.
  6. 2X state champ at St. Paris Graham, Got beat to Kisar from Ponca JR year in finals at Oklahoma and then wrestled for ex OU asst and stud Michael Lightner his SR year at Noble and walked through State.
  7. My boys have wrestled in this for a few years, I can tell you this thing is a blast. Cliff runs a great tourney and there are some major matches. I have not paid attention to it this year. TONS of college wrestling coaches started coming to this at the end of our run.
  8. I am not saying he is a sad story, I am asking if a change of scenery is needed for him to continue growing in the sport. And why you gotta bring in a "GD" into the conversation!
  9. Yeah, I am not doubting you, I will look later and see what is going on. It would make sense to transfer for sure.
  10. Damn, I did not know Joey Cruz was gone!? Where is he at now?
  11. Do you think after that showing, he will think he needs a new view?
  12. YES! That is what I am talking about. It blows my mind that he does that, and nobody has snatched him up.
  13. We were just talking about this and his kids! I too am curious to see how this all plays out.
  14. Minnow is the biggest Douche out there, and it aint close. BUT, people give him the attention he wants. I know 2 guys that tried to track him down, because he was telling lies about their families. I cannot believe nobody has grabbed him in public, he has made a lot of people pretty mad.
  15. you might know a thing about a thing. lol. You also might know who has a good shot at 149....just sayn.
  16. Chad Richison has nothing to do with UCO wrestling anymore. He got pissed off on who they hired as the president of the school, and the school kept him on as president. I am assuming that is what you are talking about with Paycom
  17. Devon Miller transferred from North Carolina and has enrolled at the University of Central Oklahoma. What the heck is the story here? He was originally committed to wrestle for Kolat at Navy, decommitted, and chose NC....and now he is at UCO.
  18. Damn, I didn't know that. I heard Kenny Monday is not doing great as the HC at Morgan St, I wonder if he will turn it around...lol
  19. damn I never heard that....
  20. All great questions. He was tough and good in highschool, and then he just fell of a cliff. I don't know if he is good anymore. He WAS the most troubled brother, not even close. He made AJ look like a preacher, but he seems to have got his stuff together? OR they are hiding it better. As far as morgan st, I seriously question how hard Kenny Monday is working to make that place better. This is for sure a bad and unfair opinion, because I am looking at the program from a distance, but I see nothing about pushing that university. He still has a big name, I think he could/would get some good in home visits that way? Anyway....just some some random thoughts.
  21. I wrestled some good ones, but he was honestly one of the most technical guys I had ever wrestled. Calm, never emotional, just tough and solid. Tuttle kid, and there was a big group that came through there that was tough as hell. Trent Londen, Head brothers, on and on. Back in the day, the Oklahoma open was THE tournament to go to. Open, and everyone went to it. I to this day LOVE Thanksgiving because of the food, back then I never got to eat it cuz I was cutting weight. I was pretty good, and held my own, but not the Schmidt level. Wrestled him a few times, worst was 4-5 best was by 2. No moral victories, but now that I am old, damn right I believe in moral victories...lol
  22. I don't understand the question
