I won't argue, you may know him. I read the tweet he called Minnow out for rumors and then turns around and does the same thing.

This dude is an idiot, one of the latest on X trying to become relevant. There are a ton of them these days. I hate to say it, some of the worst ones are the "new" DT OSU Fans.

Teyon Ware hired as coach of Northern Colorado
H82Lose replied to flyingcement's topic in College Wrestling
I know 2 guys that Kish and Leonard flew out to see and asked for money. They are trying to bridge the revenue share issue with NIL. Here is the problem: Leonard is HATED. I do not know one person who will speak highly of him. Kish, is not well liked, I would not say hated, but many do not like what he has done to the program. Both guys told them they were no longer donating to the program, for many reasons I have listed. Your program is rolling. DT is a stud, we can all acklnowledge that, but DT has embraced the history. Hell, him and John Smith are tight, and he has asked several guys to come back and talk to the young guys. -
I was just about to post this! tough has hell, lots of upside. Injuries, and I heard he is not a big fan of school.

Got to get some of that tradition/history/alum back in there, IMO. Folks who believe and love that program, embrace all the old guys and bring them back. Just my 2 -

I cannot deny that he has bought several transfers to come in to save his ass. That part is spot on. I also would not argue that he has a pretty good group of local Oklahoma studs he has recruited. What I can tell you, he has completely destroyed, along with Lou, the rich Oklahoma wrestling history. The alum want nothing to do with him. As far is where is the program headed. Jason Leonard ran Chad Richison off, and that is how OSU got DT, he was the money behind that part. Now, wrap that all up with no shared revenue, you tell me where you think this is headed. -

Kish buried Ware in that room. Ware is a better coach than both coaches in that room. He is a pretty damn good recruiter as well. If he can keep Hall and Mauller I think that is a strong staff at NC. I think Ware will get a RTC going, and try to grow that program. OU is dying on the vine with that leadership in there. Ware was the last tie to the school, history-wise. If I were king for the day: I would chase Maple down as HC, add Andrew Howe, Cody Brewer as asst's. Maybe get Sam back on staff....IDK, but it drives me nuts watching them destroy that program. -
I thought it was decided those on the roster could not be cut now? I must behind, so this would make sense if this is the case now.

Absolute stud as a coach. We have been around him 2-3 times running camps, and he is able to show/explain positions very well. I think he will be a good/great one.

When will the wrestling community admit there's a problem?

Like who? What coaches and what misdeeds? Genuninely asking a question. -
Sad Deal, Prayers for Ben.

meehhh, most don't like Bo in general, if this was done by Yianni or any other perceived "Good Guy" people would not be as upset. I did not read the article, but him telling them to get their crap together, be a D1 athlete, is not a bad thing. Have you watched any of Jordan's Instagram posts? Folks are worried about him. I am not saying Bo's words will save him, but I don't think anything is out of line at this point.

Gawd, I see now why people flame you. I would ASSume you are retired and sit around and think of ***I am an idiot and can't use a better adjective***ed $hit, post and then sit back and hope for a reaction. I hate myself for clicking on this damn post. I blame myself, not you.

I know Bill, he is a good dude. I am not saying that I know him well enough that I know what goes on behind closed doors, but that family is a great family. I have watched Bo lose at Super 32, and come over and hug his dad, and then it is over, back to work.

OKLAHOMA STATE. DONE.
-
They believe there is a chance he has some eligibility left, how? I don't know. There is a chance he has a minimum of a year left, maybe 2.
-
ALL the talent in the world, athletic as hell. They might be able to work it out of him.

The last thing I would point out. Dresser needs to be careful that there is not a Cuban vs American's stand off in there. I won't go into a ton of details, as I was previously white-knighted here for sharing too many details. However, I will say that Ech's brother is a significant source of friction in there. Osmany wanting to be treated like a prima donna is another one. Dresser doesn't stand for it, and rips Osmany, but it isn't like he is an 18 year old kid. We will see. I am pulling for them, I think Dresser is one of the best out there and they have a great group of donors.

Like I said, I like his political side, but now I feel dirty liking him after watching that last night. I mean, that is the lowest of low IMO. They were just kids. Strauss's boss writing the letter and making that other guy feel like a liar is whole life, is another travesty. That whole show was tough to watch. The hockey player, geezzuus that was rough to listen to.
-
I really don't know. I just see that log jam 133-165 and I wonder if someone couldn't get big enough to challenge him. Dresser loves MJ, and that is ok, but MJ has not progressed IMO. Riggins cant beat him, if he did, it would be really close. MJ at least gives a chance for bonus.
-
I think he got so far down the hill, he could not turn around and admit he knew. I liked JJ, but man this is really a bad look for him
-
as mentioned before, he got a little extra $$ last year to go down to 141, but got sick. Jacob got a shot, and the rest is history. Depending on how big everyone gets and how they move around, Gaitan could be at risk losing a spot at 174. IMO that is the weak link. If Ortega gets eligibility, which is a long shot, that will be your 133 starter, nobody in that room can touch him that is around his weight. If that happens, next year there will be transfers. Frost bros are outstanding dudes, and they do EVERYTHING right. But both spots will be up for grabs. Riggins won't see the mat again
-
That was tough to watch, Strauss's boss was an A hole too.
-
This will all be interesting. 125 will be Stevo. 133, man I just don't see this as a guarantee, on paper it should be, but I promise Osmany gives everyone in that room all they want at 133. His hurdle is food, and he is not disciplined at all. Grice is much better at 133 than 125, and hell I heard Meza wants to go 133 now. 141-174. Euton is really, really tough. He is not flashy by any means, but he is hard-nosed tough. There are so many ways that line up good go. There will be some good kids watching from the chairs this year, which is a great problem to have.
-
He hasn't signed yet, I wonder if they pass on him now. I know the kid, but like many, he cannot handle his booze. Great kid when not drinking, and I THOUGHT he had out grown this $hit. Really disappointing.
