This IMO is one of the bigger problems in schools right now. Most teachers aren’t able to contain/control an entire classroom on their own anymore and need a support person to help with the undisciplined students. Kids aren’t getting the attention needed and fall behind because of it while the resources arent there to help them catch. No kid left behind is over.
