  1. Overheard during weigh-ins in Serbia: "Wait! Is that Gable Steveson's music?!!!"
  2. Where are you teaching where it is permissable to allow your personal political views into your curriculum and instruction?
  3. Supposedly just removed from WWE and NXT rosters...
  4. Not sure. Has anyone seen his wife/ex-wife lately? Frightening amount of cosmetic surgery. More plastic than a Barbie doll. Also somehow affords quite a lavish lifestyle for an alleged Ohio State student.
  5. Leadership in the federation? I think this is to ban them from the site.
  6. I'm not seeing it, and I have to get back to work. It was a list that had both Gable and Parris at 125 kg and Snyder and Mach both at 97 kg.
  7. Ummm, I got it from this forum. Lets see if I can dig it up.
  8. Involvement in Russian wrestling leadership and support for the war?
  9. My guess is the original list of entries that had two US guys at each weight included the starter and the "partner" (at least for some weights).
  10. I believe Snyder brought Machiavello? I feel like the big guys fight over who gets to take Mike Mach.
  11. Definitely not impossible (look at Nickal), but probably unlikely.
  12. I would go with Pitino. Quick duals. All their matches would be done in less than thirty seconds.
  13. Oh, I'm aware. Please reference the original post I was responding to. But yes, I also see what you are referring to. I just don't see a guy who is being talked about at 157 being a 174 in the near future. Yes, it can happen.
  14. Maybe, but I have heard that 157 isn't out of the question. If true, a BIG 174 is a long ways away from 157. Also, will it be unfair to his opponents if he is a BIG 174 and has a weight advantage when they wrestle?
  15. You are probably right, but 1) Each state has a different set laws and regulations governing NIL, producing some inequities between various institutions 2) No one from the NCAA really seems to care about policing this type of stuff at the moment.
  16. Maybe, but what about when they stepped on the scale?
  17. Hopefully Passis is "all in," and is mentally and physically ready to do damage. I'm sure this isn't a surprise to many of us on the board, and I heard rumblings of it a month or so ago. When did Parris find out? I mean, we did include Gable as an entry. I thought it was odd, but telling, that we also included Parris. I understand the whole "training partners are on the list,' I just thought Parris was on odd choice of training partner.
  18. I certainly don't assume that, but Zare is allegedly younger (theoretically allowing him greater improvements). Also, how many wins has Zare had over top 3 guys since then? How many does Mason have? (Believe me, I want another Mason WBF)
  19. If I remember correctly, the #3 is pretty solid as well.
  20. I'd love to see Parris (or whomever our rep is) win worlds; but I have to wonder if Parris is even top 3 in Iran, let alone the entire planet.
  21. I think Askren said that he was becoming too predictable and forcing stuff from the outside on his feet. He has made a concerted effort to mix it up since.
