  1. Canada is what we used to call North Montana after the great Montanan War of 2006 when we officially annexed them. 16 minute war tripled our square mileage.
  2. I still think styles makes matches and Cox is our best bet against the Tank. That said, I would pay good money to see DT or Yazdani against the Tank. I would also pay good money to see Snyder against Yazdani.
  3. Whoever was involved in the B.S. they (tried to?) pull on our savior, @Husker_Du, doesn't want what is best for the sport. A new version of the cola wars isn't what we need to grow the sport. That said, I don't lump @Jon_Kozak in with all that inner-office politics. I do hope that doesn't classify me as indifferent. We share common fandom that goes back further than him going to Flo.
  4. I am also all ears.
  5. It is weird referring to the same thing in the same sentence as different things then calling 'them' weird.
  6. 'The others?' remark is clearly regarding them all AA'ing like I had said in regards to Berraclaugh's prospects - the comment directly in front of that? As I said... read better. Just because you can start drama doesn't mean you should. Lighten up.
  7. The OP says OSU, I forgot. Never fogured you for a Cowboy fan. Always thought you were a tOSU Buckeye fan. These new forums are weird.
  8. No. I said if Facundo did. Read better next time and quit trying to be dramatic just to be dramatic.
  9. This discussion is about duals, in any case. Why bring up the very last potential matches of the season, which are in an individual tournament setting?
  10. You are being very dramatic here. You see that, right? I never said they could not or would not.
  11. Can confirm.
  12. Oh lord.
  13. I think 2023 is going to be bat$HlT for our WTT. A lot of 2024 Olympic hopefuls are going to come out and look to snag a spot for a shot to medal, which gives them a bye to the semi-finals at the Olympic weight. I think we see quite a few folks try to snipe 61 and 92, no disrespect to Gross/Fix. It's just going to be easier to earn that 92 spot than go through Taylor or Snyder. Dare I say the same for guys like Arujau at 61 KG, too? Anyone care to guess who might give those non-Oly weights a go for this? Worlds tends to start thinning out at those weights the year before Olympics. Also, we know Cox is going 97 KG. Didn't JB say the same about going 74 KG for 2023 as well, or am I misremembering?
  14. Might I suggest posting the link for them.to find it?
  15. @Wrestleknownothing This. It is your fault that DanTheMan made it in as well.
  16. You are joking, right?
  17. Nobody is trying to convince anyone that it will be a tie. You posted that it was a joke. Many gents who are not fans of either, myself included, are trying to explain to you that NCAAs is not a dual. In a dual, this could be very close. You must not have paid very good attention over on the old forum. I am the Michigan schools then Michiganders then the B1G and my approach (for some time) has been that the better Penn State is the better it is for USA Wrestling. I am about as big of a Cael nuthugger as you can get from a non-Penn State guy. Also, what is incorrectly stated when saying that 125 (unproven), 141 (unknown and unproven), 149 (unknown), 157 (unknown if Haines, unproven if others), and 165 (unknown) are all.either unproven or unknown as NCAA D1 collegiate wrestlers? Facundo wins it all? I am sending many gents here a Cuban to celebrate with. Berraclaugh AAs? I am super stoked there too. The others? Same. Educate me how your prediction coming true and any of them proving themselves in 5-6 months time changes my preseason statement to be less true.
  18. Do you think we see him as a spot starter this year or...?
  19. BOOM! Roasted. In memory of @VakAttack- who is silent it seems.
  20. I agree on the new rules. I hope we see Haines. He looked not so good at 70 KG his last go. Has he grown out of 157?
  21. I feel attacked.
  22. Honestly did not think I would be defending Cornell this early in the game, gents. Less moderation does not mean more sense, obviously.
  23. Deeper with less holes? Penn State has unprovens and unknowns at 125, 141, 149, 157, and 165. They lost Nick Lee. They are not deeper than last year. Cornell is a clear underdog, yes. Put some respect on their name. They will 100% be right there with them, if they meet up.
  24. They have no reason to not redshirt Haines this year. They are comfortable title favorites. This is as bad a take as saying Ethan Smith hasn't improved since arriving in Cbus, and I know things about bad takes.
