I have no idea but I’m sure people said they same exact thing when Synder took out Varner for the spot ,PJ Duke was in high school literally last week , he ll have the next few months to train with team USA and the NLWC and there isnt really any tape on him for people to gameplan against and I’m sure he ll wake up tomorrow more confident then he’s ever been, the sky is the limit for him right now yianni clearly out wrestled him in match 1 but duke scored 15 straight on him in match 2 and match 3 they wrestled close until Duke pinned him off a single ,something u see in JV match so I think they were equal today if anything not hating on yianni it just seems disrespectful to the guys that beat him that it always get written off like yianni just had an off day or something and not the other just going and taking it

For the last 7 years every time yianni loses it’s the same story , oh he was the better wrestler , oh he would ve medaled but the other guy won’t , he’s made 2 teams in 7 years and medaled once ..every time he loses people just make the same excuses

Other then Kerk who was injured wrestling against gable I don’t think any schedule tweak would’ve stopped brooks (whose been out of college for 2 years now) from getting double pneumonia or Nagao getting hurt wrestling freestyle in the offseason and as far as “losing in classless fashion “ nonsense I didnt hold it against Brett metcalf when he pushed Darrion Caldwell mid back flip and I’m not gonna hold running off the mat as quick as possible after losing in the world team finals against Barr either bc I have no idea what the emotions of losing an ncaa final or a spot on the world team are like and neither do you

Wow that’s crazy considering he is a Blair guy and historically they are very good students bc Blair is no joke and doesn’t mess around with the school aspect of things..can’t remember the last time someone was academically ineligible ..wild tj must have thought he was at an SEC school

Question why does the prevailing opinion seem to be what Bartlett and wife are saying is gospel and starocci is a bad person? Other then being the worse trash talker ever and saying cringe stuff what has Starocci ever done to make everyone instantly believe he’s a thief and terrible person? 5 years at penn state and this is only negative thing a teammate has said about him , and he happens to be one of the highest paid wrestlers in the ncaa so unless he really has some deep mental problems the whole thief thing seems weird also Bartlett says he has been living with a sense of fear and intimidation for years but voluntarily came back for a 5th year? He could have transferred anywhere and would have been paid handsomely wherever he landed. Also the timing and the vagueness of the post are questionable as well. Also with the stealing accusations are they saying Carter was stealing Beau wallet and iPad or was it like Carter being a jerk and taking his shoes or shorts ( I’ve had teammates that would do this to guys) 2 totally different situations we re talking about I don’t doubt that Carter may have been a prick to Bartlett (they seem to have polar opposite personalities) but this whole thing doesn’t seem like it’s amounts to a scandal or anything serious and more likely just some pettiness between 2 guys who have been forced to be around each other for too long with an opinionated spouse dropped in the middle

I called out the cesspool on this actual post wtf , I wrestled against mineo and his brother back in the day so playing down his ability makes me look bad

I don’t think pyles has a chance , mineo is a way way more accomplished and experienced wrestler then pyles , pyles was basically a JV wrestler that started in high school, mineo was a 4x state qualifier , 3x region champ , state placer and had well over 100 wins, pyles could be in David Goggins shape and still get pinned in a minute

People simping for Ferrari to the point of harassing a real person is exactly what happened to the girl that accused him of SA , she was harassed daily in person ,online and they tried to get her fired from the career she just started , that is why she dropped the charges and disappeared and this isn’t just random internet goons either, less then a month ago someone brought up Ferrari during the Kyle Synder situation and I saw Corby out here say the woman was never harassed and was insinuating that the woman is a wh**e and AJ was innocent … this dude almost killed people in a car accident , participated in a drive by shooting on a teammates house , got into numerous fights and confrontations, threatened to kill John smith on instragram live while drunk and waving a gun around and got charged with SA and yet I feel most of the wrestling community defends him no matter what mineo main groupies are a joke the Lee kid on there posted 3 seperate paragraph long posts a day for a week straight ranting and raving about Kyle Synder and how awful a person he is, yet this week is posting paragraph after paragraph defending AJ

Pd3 got the boot from NJ RTC bc he was being criminally investigated for soliciting naked pictures from a minor that he met at a camp he was coaching or at the actual RTC, around the same time he was “selling” his autographed team usa singlets to kids on twitter only he would take the money and never send the singlets,then he threatened to beat up one of the team USA womens coach and trashed women wrestling as whole on twitter ,then publicy threatened mineo and said he was gonna go to his house and beat him , all this during his team usa stint….add in the fact prior to this he was kicked out of or asked to leave 3 different schools and had multiple assault charges including jumping a guy in the navy with his boys outside a bar

I’m pretty close to age with JB , I met him for the first time in high school warming up for states ,I’ve literally rooted for him (and other NJ guys) his entire career. I’m going to continue to root for him til he leaves those ugly shoes on the mat, all that being said I still think JB the person is a narcissist, it’s not personal he’s just loves JB some JB and I call that out when I see it and it annoys me how people act like he can do no wrong
