  1. Probably not, because the ones that are dead set against AJ being on the team won't be attending
  2. I can tell you for a fact that this is not true for quite a few of us.
  3. Did you try giving the idea a funny name
  4. Thank you kind sir. I couldn't do it without an A+ breakfast Plot twist: I practice intermittent fasting
  5. I didn't crunch the numbers on this but it seems to me that ducking accelerated once NCAAs started to seed out to all 33. I would propose we go back to seeding the top 8 since having no seeds whatsoever doesn't actually incentivize wrestling. Perhaps seeding should be based on a team's record at each weightclass rather than on an individual wrestler'S record at that weightclass. Ie, if a team ducks at 133, whatever happens at that weight (a loss, for instance) goes on the record for the weight and is taken into account for seeding purposes. I really like this idea. Call it, the peanut butter rule. Make losses (and wins) really stick.
  6. I'm not insinuating ped use, but I'm certain I read an interview with David where he said he walks around at "over 200lbs"
  7. I think freestyle results are relevant. It's fine to disagree. Camacho (and Ramos) was my preseason finalist pick. Maybe I'm just trying to rationalize his losses today
  8. It was officially unofficial Will Noto be the one seed?
  9. I'm thinking Camacho might be sick. Doesn't look like the same guy that beat Ramos and teched Glory at the last US open
  10. Camacho beats Ramos, who beat Noto, who beat Camacho. I don't know what to think of this weight.
  11. That's incredibly unfortunate. I enjoyed watching him. Hope he is able to heal up and give it his all his last ?2? seasons? He's had quite the injury history up to this point
  12. Damn, that's really unfortunate if true. I've been rooting for him.
  13. This sounds familiar. What are the details again?
  14. Home skillet I'm afraid I don't understand
  15. Vito's explanation is plausible, considering it's been known that he sustained an injury earlier in the year. That leaves 3 wrestlers that sat out and that's the part that makes my head hurt. Maybe it is possible that all 3 of them got knicked up/exacerbated something between duals 2&3. Just seems like an unusual coincidence
  16. 40% of the starting lineup sat during the marquee match-up of the night (possibly the event) and this is your response?
  17. Or was there some other, totally reasonable explanation for tonight's debacle? Perhaps half the team sprained its ankle on the tricky bottom step to the locker room?
  18. indeed, I felt like you were rather reserved
  19. I wasn't able to tune in until tonight. This absolutely sucks. Would love to hear the rationale from the coaching staff
  20. participating teams in this event share revenue, right? Cornell should have their's revoked
  21. Just watch, at the end of it all it will end up someone like McKee or Barnett winning in March
  22. Oh no! I hope he didn't get injured
  23. Who would be his biggest comp at the last chance? All the names I can think of have already qualified
