Coby outlasts Mocco to win 9-4! Mocco was impressive getting to Coby's legs and scoring (one TD and two stepouts), but his energy was completely gone with a minute left. I root for Coby but was kind of hoping to see Mocco vs Dreshaun. Oh well. Coby vs Dreshaun round 3 in the finals!

Semis: Kellen Wolbert, WI over Tyler Dekraker, PA (Dec 9-6) Dekraker beat Sam Herring in the quarters. Wolbert will face Jordyn Raney in the finals!

I had the same opinion. His body language was terrible when coming back to center and when they were apart, but in the actual wrestling exchanges he looked like his normal self. I hope he can get back to feeling like his normal, confident self

Iowa State was overloaded in the lower-middle weights so some guys transferred out ... only for more quality in those weights to transfer in lol

What's the training situation like for the guys who just made World Team between now and Worlds? Do they just go back to their RTCs? Do they all go to Colorado Springs together? Do any of the National Team members help them prepare?

He should button up his defense at Worlds for sure. I think he was a bit careless in that match and it showed. I am not picking him to win Gold and I wouldn't have even if he 10-0'd Hillger a second time because the weight class has some killers. I do think he's a strong medal threat though. My takeaway from the 2 match series is Hendrickson has insane offensive output and will need to be more selective and more defensive at Worlds. I have seen him do that in the past when needed so I think he can do it again.
