    Agree... they have been building. Messenbrink in the lineup will be good. Wish they would have went Pac-12 - makes more sense. The interesting thing about Gaitan is that CBU announced that he actually "signed" last year on the signing day...not just committed.

    When your network is owned and operated by ESPN your journalism program doesn't get much say. Conferences have TV deals .... teams in the conferences are part of that TV deal... sometimes it doesn't matter what you want or don't want to do. With that being said, I am sure some of the mid- small conference teams could do a better job filling in the gaps.

    Is it just my bad memory, but did this open used to be a lot bigger? Most weights were 8 guys. Seems like 16 man and more ranked guys is what the tournament used to be.

    Exactly.... The university would have to set up video system ... create a quality product... then have a way to charge people to watch the dual who are not in live attendance as a paid attendee. It's easier to have someone else do the whole thing. There are some duals produced by teams... sometimes on the Pac-12 site there will be a dual that says "produced by (insert team)" and you can watch for free. But that doesn't occur very often. It's usually non-conference duals.

    Two dominating wins this weekend.... a tech over #17 Montalvo and a major over Feldcamp - Isn't Poznanski the starter? He's ranked #8.

    In other Lovett news.... he ripped though the Cowboy Open today. Also an Anthony Echemendia sighting at the Grand View Open... 4th place at 149.

    Nice.... is he a Beaver fan now? Tell him to check out the Ok State vs Oregon State match in January.

    Man the freshman Soldano techs Montalvo.... that was surprising. Alvarez turned it up 3rd round ASU team will look much different later in the season. I am guessing that since Norfleet got cleared at the end of summer that he is still not full strength.

    Definitely... Lowney was very athletic - Great competitor!

    Schultz has definitely used his greco skills to an advantage in folkstyle. WIth his size and upper body positions he has been able to neutralize and shut down some guys. It's definitely an advantage with heavy.

    ASu twitter announced he is now a class of 2023 recruit rather than a class of 2022 recruit. He took a gap year for some reason.
