PSU and Iowa are free. It sounds like 34 is being switched to free. I think the On3 boards that are new/transferred from rivals are automatically paid only, will be made free over time, hopefully, because not that many people will if they are only interested in wrestling -
Some other ones we could see Braeden Davis- PSU Tyler Kasak- PSU

I know it is just the algo, but I am really curious what would cause it to spit out Parco > Brown at 149, when Brown had more wins and more wrestlestat ranked wins (and better losses)

Brooks story: True or False?
wrestlingfan22 replied to Interviewed_at_Weehawken's topic in International Wrestling
I will try to clear this up: Someone asked why Brooks is considered to be an ahole BigRed made the billion Muslims remark as an example of why people would not like Brooks. Many Muslims and non-Muslims did not like the Muhammad comment, and also don't like his general preachy quality (especially when coupled with his mess-ups and criticizing other religions). Willie thought he was saying the hate is coming from Muslims, when they make small population of American wrestling fans, which would make no sense. To me, BigRed appears to be using the Muhammad comment as an example of how Brooks rubs many people (of all religions) the wrong way, which is why some people would consider him to be an ahole or hate on him. Either of you can correct me if I am misunderstanding your perspective. -

Basch might be overdosing on the PSU Kool Aid -
It would be very rare for either school to let him do that (outside of maybe some short trips to train at other RTCs), but USA Wrestling would have no qualms about it.

Both of them didn't elaborate with specifics but confidently said they think PSU is not an option. Also, both said they were skeptical it would be OSU. If Bo and Melvin are a package the only teams left on Melvin's list are ASU, Pitt, UM, Nebby, Mizzou and NCST. Could also see tOSU, VT and Rutgers being in play.

I think it is a good idea if matches are competitive. Otherwise, they would just be hosting matches that only freestyle nerds care about. The average wrestling fan (college only) and casual MMA fans won't care as much about the current freestyle matchups (which they can see at worlds/WTT anyway)

With the behavior with women thing, in the article the woman accusing him of rape said that before she went to his home she had spent time with him at LWC in the PSU/NLWC team facilities/Sauna's. Starocci using the facility to lure in potential victims is something that if true, would have major blowback on the staff, even if they had no idea it was occurring.

I went back and listened; their reasoning at least, was that with how major the allegations are, they felt it would be unprofessional to speculate on it, as they appear to have no information outside of the article itself. The fact that they did not read through the article and say the allegations was incredibly cowardly in my opinion, but I do understand them not wanting to speculate or offer any opinions on it this early

The norm in PA is to graduate at 18, with students who have summer birthdays typically graduating at 17 but starting college at 18.

Kudiev is also at 65kg. Gamkrelidze (79kg) was 2023 World Silver at this weight. Also, I would not be surprised if the Iranians all pulled out. Believe that we could see more guys from other countries still register -
Kozak uploaded a team Japan preview: I didn't realize Ishiguro at 86 has a past TF win over Zahid. That could make that matchup more interesting.
