A young buck with nothing to lose against a Mendez that struggled in the semis was not sitting well with me. But I am assuming the Mendez that showed up to the semis was the Mendez that showed up to the finals. but I just don’t ever see MM faltering during a high stakes match.

A one loss career and an almost 100% bonus rate for his junior and upcoming senior year, MM is def going down as one of the greatest of all time. I think the sun has a higher chance of rising in the west and setting in the east than MM losing next year and him not repeating as hodge winner again.
