    I guess OSU's admin have been reading my messages on this forum for the last year or so and decided to go with a new name. The problem is this: we still don't know if Taylor can actually...you know...COACH. I sure hope (and believe) he can.

    Wrong. Figures the bad guys in black would get the facts wrong, again. Alirez, Parco, and Teemer all want to wrestle for Coleman Scott and are transferring to OSU. Hendrickson has outgrown Air Force regulation size and is transferring to PSU and using an Olympic RS (he'll be the starter after Kerkvliet graduates).

    He brought several kids with him from his old job. None of them did anything exciting but they at least plugged a few holes in the lineup. I think it's going to be hard for him to get the support of the alumni since Kish doesn't have Okie connections and I think his recruiting in the state of Oklahoma will be tough.

    Parity sucks. Parity is boring. We need a colossus for most of the wrestling fans to rally against. Today PSU is gnawing at Iowa's corpse and buzzards are waiting to feast. But eventually the PSU lion will age, weaken, and be killed in it's own right. Then another predator will rule.

    I'm sure a lot of kids in other countries would love the chance to get out of some of those places and if wrestling punched their ticket they'd be thrilled to wrestle over here.

    I like mat wrestling too much to want college to switch to FS. I think Tom's idea above is pretty good, but I'd like the top guy to get more time than 10 seconds to work. Maybe 20 seconds would be better? Also, I thought a guy had to get at least one 3 point NF in the match to score a techfall?

    Pletcher was a stud though. I like watching shorter guys wrestle long wrestlers. Usually the short guy is jacked and explosive, which is pretty good compensation for giving up length. Those long kids who have learned how to use their length are nasty though. Makes for an interesting contrast in styles

    Chaz is 5'2" tall. Still, he towers over Conrad Henrickson. I think Conrad is about 4'11".

    I've never really understood Greco. FS is good because it stresses takedowns, but I like Folk best because I think being able to work over guys for nearfall points is the funnest part of the sport. Plus it has neutral takedowns just like FS. Folk is the best

    David has had a legendary career. I think it's time he retired and took up coaching at OU or OSU
