    Conservatives hated Stern for years because he would call them out for being hypocritical, but they couldn't say the same about him because he was married for a long time and never cheated on his wife, so far as anyone really knows.

    Uh I think that his actions have shown he is willing to abuse his office if it benefits him in some way. If you're either too blinded or too stupid to see that, then you're exactly the type of person who is willing to overlook his obviously corrupt administration and activities.

    People who make excuses for him. Like most people who support him here and will go to absurd lengths to justify him being a terrible human being, or try to play the whataboutism game.

    I think a lot of it is he showed how great he could be in flashes, he did things that nobody else could do or that nobody thought was possible. Like running a 4.12 at his size. So once he got himself going beyond a few seasons where he was still an above average player who would do something every other game or so that you'd think was super human, it might be reasonable to think those types of things would become more frequent. The greatness was there and we all were waiting for it to become the norm.

    Well one article talks about how he is impeding the investigation into the financial side of it and the other is about how he says he wants the files released but knows that there are rules concerning how it has to be done, in order to protect victims, witnesses, and evidence that is being used in an ongoing investigation.

    I don't see how being a lifelong cheat (well documented), and convicted felon who also was found responsible for rape/sexual assault, is on the same level as dropping out of a political election. But you have a smooth brain and a 75 IQ so it's not surprising.

    Its like people believe that a convicted felon, racist, and shady businessman who has cheated on all of his spouses and doesn't release his taxes is somehow telling the truth.

    This perfectly sums up what baseball was like in the 70's, and nobody went harder than Dock Ellis. I'm amazed he was able to keep it together for 9 innings.

    I don't know the exact numbers, but California grows a significant portion of things people in this country consume. The central valley is huge. Most people don't realize that if California decided to cut us off, we'd be screwed.

    That's not why I said that. It's because Trump, like most other things, doesn't really care about children or fitness. He just wants to be perceived as being some kind of tough guy, when the truth is if he were in position to need to pass it, he'd cry and complain that he had to.
