    Penalize the particular state who is responsible for keeping their voting roles up to date. It is the job of individual states. Some states do an excellent job, and some states do a really poor job. Maybe cut off their federal funding.

    Unfortunately, this a problem in many states. You would think with the technology we have today that you could have all voters who die or move to another state accurate within a week or less. They should make it a federal law with heavy penalties for those who violate the law.

    I think this ruling will cut down on bringing frivolous lawsuits. Which would be a good thing. The President has to have the freedom to make very difficult decisions ( national security interests,etc.) without the fear of the opposing party or special interest groups bringing lawsuits against him.

    News flash lady. Arizona is always really hot. I spent 2 years in Yuma ,Arizona in 1974 and 1975. Its unreal how hot it gets. It is the same temperature still today. Now, northern Arizona is considerably cooler.
