  1. Russian Interference in 2016 Election (2016–2019) Democrats’ claims of Russian hacking and disinformation were labeled a hoax by Republicans, but the 2019 Mueller Report confirmed coordinated Russian efforts on Clinton's emails. Systemic Racism in Policing (2018–2023) Claims of systemic bias in policing were dismissed as exaggerated, but 2023 DOJ reports and 2021 Stanford studies confirmed racial disparities. Trump’s Business Conflicts of Interest (2016–2021) Democrats’ concerns about Trump’s business dealings were labeled partisan, but 2021 CREW reports documented foreign payments to his properties. Voter Suppression Tactics (2018–2022) Claims of minority voter suppression were called misinformation, but 2022 Brennan Center studies showed restrictive laws disproportionately impacted minorities. COVID-19 Public Health Measures’ Efficacy (2020–2022) Democrats’ support for masks and distancing was dismissed as ineffective, but 2021 CDC studies confirmed reduced transmission rates. Economic Risks of Tax Cuts for the Wealthy (2017–2023) Warnings of deficit spikes from Trump’s tax cuts were labeled misinformation, but 2020 CBO reports showed a $1.9 trillion deficit increase. Gun Violence and Background Checks (2010s–2021) Claims that background checks reduce gun violence were called futile, but 2020 RAND studies linked stricter checks to lower homicide rates. Opioid Crisis and Sackler Family Role (2010s–2020) Democrats’ claims against Purdue Pharma were dismissed as overstated, but 2020 DOJ settlements confirmed misleading OxyContin marketing. Immigration Detention Conditions (2018–2020) Concerns about inhumane ICE facilities were labeled exaggerated, but 2019 DHS reports documented overcrowding and neglect. PFAS Chemical Regulations (2010s–2023) Democrats’ push for PFAS regulations was called alarmist, but 2020 EPA studies linked the chemicals to cancer and immune issues. Trump’s Ukraine Call and Impeachment (2019–2020) Claims of Trump’s improper Ukraine call were labeled a witch hunt, but the 2019 call transcript confirmed pressure for political investigations.
  2. Wingers do misrepresent facts. Now please, I'm twiddling my thumbs in anticipation of examples on this forum and MSM where wingers labeled something as misinformation, where it was later verified to be true. It is interesting that using AI to research, the AI itself keeps giving me an unbalanced list of Republican vindication compared to Democrat vindication. This is remarkably unusual as AI has always shown me a large bias for Democrat ideologies... These are the prompts I gave AI. Give me ten examples were each of republican and democrat claims a narrative as misinformation, and the narrative was later vindicated as true. Why are all the examples making the Republicans look good? okay can can you give many more examples where democrats claims were vindicated? That longer list still makes republicans look better. Why is it so one sided, this seems crazy? I want the Democrat claims to be vindicated This is response I was battling. In recent years, the public discourse around "misinformation" has often involved Democrats or aligned institutions (e.g., media, tech platforms) more prominently flagging content, especially during COVID-19, elections, or cultural debates. This dynamic makes it easier to find cases where Republican-raised concerns were dismissed and later validated, as they were often challenging dominant narratives. Conversely, Republican dismissals of claims as misinformation are less frequently documented in a way that aligns with later proof of truth. I kept fighting the battle and eventually did get examples to share.
  3. Regarding the case of Kilmar Ábrego García, it’s too early to definitively assert that he is or was involved with MS-13. It’s unreasonable to dismiss that media and tech companies influenced the flow of information in a way that highly favored Biden during the 2020 election. It’s unwarranted to argue that the Georgia ballot inspection case, given confirmed errors, poses no significant concern for claims about election integrity.
  4. My hope is that we internalize skepticism, critical thinking, and openness to rational thinking about new information.
  5. Let's focus on the beliefs used in this forum and MSM to label people idiots and sheep. "Nuh uh, I read on MSM... Owned you."
  6. The transparency and accountability that Trump voters want radical transparency on government spending and waste reduction audit of foreign aid, pentagon, etc. fire corrupt, woke, undermining type bureaucrats, activist judges, and DEI activists in federal jobs lobbyist restrictions declassification of hidden documents on JFK, Epstein, and COVID origins exposure of intelligence agency abuses (Jan 6, Russia probe, assassination origins, big tech censorship, fbi entrapment) 10-to-1 deregulations honest metrics (border security, jobs, vaccine harm) election integrity
  7. No we don't know if he accepted bribes and it doesn't strongly bother me. Trump had the most insider knowledge and power to rig markets, yet ended his presidential term with significantly less money than he started. My concern is decisions profiting Trump while causing unethical harm, like if he owned a weapons or oil company and pushed endless wars. What is an example of a bribe to Trump that caused an unethical policy? FWIW: the internet says that other presidents owned smaller business that they did not divest from. Nothing comparable to Trump so a moot point from me...
  8. If you work as hard as you can and never complain, you should be fine. If you cause the team to do extra conditioning, and you are not the strongest on the team, yes you will be bullied. This is not related to being awkward and nerdy.
  9. The request is to list narratives initially dismissed that later gained acceptance. The wiki article https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_conspiracy_theories_promoted_by_Donald_Trump starts off by stating "This article contains a list of conspiracy theories, many of them deceptive or disproven." That is not what is asked... but the wiki does provide a few examples that fit: Biden laptop Obama spying Deep state working to undermine Trump
  10. Right wing extremist that voted for democrats in the past and maybe will again when the party becomes moderate and rational again. Below is what I'm talking about. This shows a normal post, followed by a copy/paste from the internet that is hard to consume. ------------
  11. Okay, let's go one by one, starting at the top. I will kick us off and await your rebuttal that this is proven false. Border Security Concerns (2019–2022) Claims of uncontrolled borders were labeled xenophobic, but 2022 data showed record crossings, prompting policy shifts. https://www.cbp.gov/newsroom/stats/cbp-enforcement-statistics
  12. Will @red viking please edit/hide/repost his post to be readable? The format and size is a burden to consume.
  13. I'll double down on it. You and I are just referring to different areas of accountability and transparency.
  14. That he was here illegally through 2018 does not change that he was here legally from 2019 through 2025. Even if he was a gang member before being detained in 2018, I have no problem with him becoming a US citizen given the larger context of his stay, overall clean record, family man, ...what's been shared with the public. If what we know is true; this is horrendous on the current administration. It is also a black eye on the previous administrations that allowed illegal immigration to reach the point of recent, necessary, deportation policies.
  15. edit... freaking AI gives two answers that I didn't validate. My bad for not validating. And again
  16. I read both he was married before jail, and while in jail.
  17. This is exactly what it looks like when listening. It's just so obstinate and disappointing. An opportunity to show part of why this admin came to power... to bring accountability and transparency. I support the aggressive deportation of aliens with criminal associations. Mistakes will be made. Admit it. Address it. The 9-0 supreme court claim is total spin through omission of what was heavily critical of the USA actions. The spin isn't 'as bad' if this guy really is gang associated. Like some poopouri was sprayed after, you know? I'm going to hold out partial judgement for possible clarity to gang evidence.
  18. Please accept my apology for listing too many items for you to review, including those that happen to Democrats.
  19. Unlike Red Viking, who NEVER ignores details. /s
  20. How many of these claims were argued in this forum as being true, and the 'factual' side ridiculed?
  21. Vak made a post that focused on "Trump administration admitted in court was a mistake." I posted the framing that the administration shared on video. Miller says it is "not a mistake." I made zero opinions about the video, and you didn't ask. If you read my first couple posts in this, you would know my thoughts. But like scourge likes to do, you reframed with bias. This is manipulative and done in bad faith. For what I shared, you should criticize the administration that is spinning. It is unfair to invent my view and then criticize it. Its bull*hit. If you want to pin me down on a view, ask for a direct answer. Don't join the asshat brigade. If you can't recognize when reframing with bias is occurring, or you wish to do so yourself, *uck off. Feel free to call me out when I do it too...
  22. Do any of us have the court cases from 2019 or is everything second-hand discussion? Evidence Suggesting Gang Membership: Abrego was already married with children before he was detained in 2018 at a Home Depot. One person present in the Home Depot detailed group admitted to gang affiliation. Abrego filed for asylum after ICE detained him. The immigration judge denied his asylum request in October 2019 but granted him “withholding of removal” due to a “well-founded fear” of gang persecution in El Salvador A “trusted” and “proven reliable” informant, per a 2019 immigration judge, accused Abrego of being an MS-13 gang member and specified his rank. The judge found this credible enough to justify continued detention during his immigration case. Evidence Against Gang Membership: No Charges: Kilmar was never charged with any gang-related crimes or activities Kilmar’s Denial and Asylum Claim: Kilmar denied gang involvement and sought asylum After the judge’s October 2019 ruling, ICE released Kilmar and didn’t appeal the decision Life after release does not involve arrests or gang accusations The mistake makes sense and the current context says this is wrong... badly wrong...
  23. Are you really going to be one of those people?
  24. Did "I" leave it out? No, I shared what Bondi/Miller stated. This is the second time you've been weird in this topic. The first time was informing me that I discovered what 'due process' is. I've been critical of this. The level of 'wrongness' relates to whether he is in a gang or not. How did his older brother get his citizenship? What does his older brother say about this?
  25. They frame the case as lawful and valid. We do not have the court documents in public, or any other evidence than hearsay, that he was confirmed part of the MS 13 gang. Bondi He was illegally in our country before being detained in 2019. Two courts found he was part of the MS 13 gang and he was illegally in our country. The supreme court rules that if El Salvador wants to return him, the USA would facilitate it. Miller Illegal alien in the U.S., from El Salvador He is a citizen of El Salvador It is arrogant to tell El Salvador how to handle their own citizen Two courts identify Abrego as a member of the gang MS 13 When Trump declared a member of the MS 13 gang to be a foreign terrorist organization, Abrego was no longer eligible under federal law for any immigration relief in the United States. He had a deportation order and had to be returned The supreme court clearly stated the the USA could not compel El Salvador to return him. (9-0 in our favor against the district court ruling that the USA could not be compelled to go get Abrego back on their own accords) If Abrego was your neighbor, you would move right away. President from El Salvador How can I return a terrorist to the USA? I'm not smuggling him. I don't have the power to return him to the U.S.
