I like how he claims Nagao got more from PSU when Nagao explicitly said he didn’t take the highest offer (edit: although guess in theory the highest offer could have come from someone besides Iowa or PSaU)

You don't get it man. Bob is in a street fight against the dark forces. It's all one big conspiracy to fund the Mormon church.  Cael collects money from the donors and also takes a cut from his wrestlers NIL deals.  The money then gets deposited into an account at Zion Bank in Salt Lake City.  Cael gets his cut but to cover any paper trails $9k is withdrawn at a time in cash.  The bundles of money are then bundled up and flown back on a Cessna that lands on a donors air strip on private property just outside of Bellefonte

Is Pyle the Rosie or is he the Whoopi?  I feel like Benji is Whoopi.  JD is Bahar.

Hrmmm... I like Kozak and Sparks, so I am going to say they're not current or former hosts.  Maybe they could be Raven?  She isn't so bad of a person.

No matter who Pyles actually is I have no doubt he believes he's Barbara Walters

Since then Kueter did go on to win a jr world title as a junior in HS joining only - Kyle Snyer, Aaron Brooks, Aaron Pico, Spencer Lee, Gable Steveson

I'm not starting a debate against Kueter.  He's a stud.  But in the end I don't think he wrestles or if he does he falls behind.  A full football season will keep him off the mat.  Now, if Kueter wrestled full time my best prediction is I have no idea.  The talent level between the four wrestlers mentioned is minuscule

If Kueter were to take the wrestling only approach I have him at 1.

I don't know about that.  I'm a freestyle translates to folk (ever watch vito wrestle Fix/rby in free?) and the only match i know of with Kueter against any of the other 3 is when he got worked by Carroll

This might be a question worth it’s own topic but open question for all… how would you rank Kueter, Feldman, Christian Carroll and Koy Hopke as prospects?

oof, maybe Feldman, Carroll, Hopke at this point but with Hopke having the highest possible ceiling.  Kueter definitely #4.   I don't think he wrestles and even if he manages to pull it off he'll fall behind with a full football season

They were discussing the baords and JD said that the message boards aren't the place for information but for entertainment purposes.    FRL is a clown show, I listened this morning and they talked about Chittum for 20 minutes and Vision Quest for about 40 minutes.  There was not new information that you couldn't get from the boards and I could care less about a movie that is 40 years old.

I have often thought that FRL get the majority of their content from these boards that claim as entertainment.

I was interested in tuning in this morning and still can't find it on their website.  Just a link for a future episode.  They make it damn near impossible to get to their content

I don't believe either are an upgrade, seeing how they are the two who are developing the talent...

A lot of talk about DT coaching the Nits after Cael but I've always believed that Ohio State was the one school that could pluck him away from the PSU network

I wasn't interested in defending the donor whatsoever.  I was referring to the fact that the PSU faithful are coming up with derogatory nicknames for the new facility.  It would be easy to do the same with various buildings on the PSU campus, but with less flattering names than "Eviction Dome."

Also, I think we may differ on the geopolitics part...

You may be missing on the fact that it's in response to one particular donor who is on a public forum referring to PSU as Ped State, F*CK State, and goes on and on about crazy conspiracy theories on how Cael is a cheater, slush fund money etc.   PSU fans are attacking one antagonist

No, I'm saying that PSU fans who root for an athletic program largely built on the gridiron successes of the enabler of a child rapist probably shouldn't be so quick to cast stones.  This is not exactly geopolitics we are talking about.

And for the record, I do not hate PSU wrestling so much as the cultish devotion and hypocrisy the program inspires.  Every time I hear Nico, RBY, Nick Lee, Jason Nolf, Mark Hall, Max Dean, and some others talk, I am very impressed.  I love watching Nolf wrestle.  David Taylor is one of my all-time favorites.

So where are you drawing the line?  Posting a link and admonishing a particular donor in the Iowa Hawkeye program is ok but suggesting it be called the Eviction Dome is not?  Also, it doesn't matter that college sports isn't geopolitics.  Both can be relatable in context

I'm not proud of the fact that I just burned a half hour reading that Iowa/Rivals forum thread.  I'll never get that time back and I have only myself to blame.  So that others don't make the same mistake, I'll sum up:

Disagree.  It was a fantastic read

    1. When wrestlers leave Iowa, the fans will turn on you like a pack of wild dogs.  Iowa wrestlers take note:  When you hear the cheers, they aren't for you, they are for the singlet.  I don't think I've ever seen anyone slimed as much as Chittum and his old man after what those Hawk fans are dishing out.

Par for the course with most sports fan bases

    2. Most Iowa fans (thankfully not all) are ALL IN on bringing in the Ferraris and they really could not care less who they raped or assaulted, or who leaves the program as a result, as long as they win.  (But see #1.)

I wouldn't say most.  Maybe 50/50.  It's just the Ferrari backers post at a more frequent rate

    3.  Iowa donor Nicolls is an enormous d-bag.  Dishonest, self-serving, thin-skinned.  All the Iowa fans there know it but swing from his jock anyway because they don't want to lose the $$.  Surely Brands knows it too.  Shades of the Brands/DuPont "blood money" debacle.

    Fact

    4.  Wille is kind of a d-bag too, but in more of an endearing and honest way.  He's *our* d-bag, not afraid to call someone out, even realizing that it is sure to harm his future access to the Iowa program.  Not what a journalist should do, but I think Willie knows that and has decided that's not really his lane anyway.

He could do better himself in not making disparaging comments about other wrestlers

Haha... some nice reading for sure. It's hilarious that Iowa fans actually thought that message Minnow put up about Keuter was real and had to contact his mom to verify. It's like they didn't have the IQ to recognize it was a play on Chittum and Ferrari.

What I find most hilarious about that board is that Bob Nicolls who's name is on the new wrestling room refers to PSU as Ped State and he can't figure out why they can get top recruits.
