    Yes I get freestyle is different but I wonder how a team of Greek God wrestlers would do at the NCAA D-1 level in folkstyle. We already know how good Athena is at FS.

    He is my all time favorite. So creative. Sometimes he wrested like a heavy weight. Then he'd work through a sequence and look like a 57kg wrestler. He was truly special

    Styles make matches and if I was betting I'd rather Taylor wrestle Ghaz than Sad. If DT is dialed in he is more than capable of winning this match. Despite the earlier results still consider him the favorite in this match if it happens

    @jross this is the correct answer. Let's say you take 2 high level guys equal in talent. The hardest move either could execute on each other would be an elementary level move like pinning with a half nelson

    Verbal commitment's are not binding. They are unofficial. It has alway been that way. Sure we can argue using the word "commitment" but it has never been anything more than stating that at that moment the athlete has one particular school as his/her leader.

    This is not true. This is another thread of your's trying in any way shape or form to shit on Penn State again. Plenty of athletes verbally commit and still take visits to other schools prior to signing. You're just making shit up. A verbal commitment is nothing more than saying, "hey i right now I'm vibing with this school."

    Can speak from personal experience. A verbal is nothing more than a verbal. Until there is a signature the recruitment is open. Nothing unethical about it. Some go the "do not contact" route and that was respected.

    Valid point. More fun if my question is open ended and you can interpret the question however you'd like. As for Pyles his exact quote is, "The best wrestler that Carter Starocci will ever face is gonna be in his senior year." I still believe that's debatable

    Pyles posted on X (formerly known as twitter) proposing Parker will be Carter's toughest opponent on the road to winning a title. Maybe I'm biased as a PA boy but for me I'd put SR citizen KemDog vs Freshman Carter as his biggest obstacle. Curious to read where you fellas are at on this topic
