Sir Jross, Two times I stated my position, 9 AA's in the LAST 10 years. Both times I was called to be wrong, even with supporting evidence. After so forth I was then presented with a bet in which my statements were deemed wrong from. From the beginning my statement always contained "the last ten years." It cannot be inferred what someone of his limited brain capacity is thinking or insinuating, thus the reason for "the last ten years." As per the results so far, everyone's favorite dead senator will be declared the as to have won this case.

The only fair and democratic way of solving the age old argument is a trial by your peers per our great US Constitution. Prosecuting car theft is extremely low across the WHOLE county, this is NOT a Chicago thing like you want to make it out to be. The funny thing is you have no clue, well not funny, but truthful. Guess how many burglaries get prosecuted across the county? You won't like that number either. Everyone would love for 100% of the crimes to be prosecuted and the criminals found guilty and thrown in jail, but the reality is most crimes never even lead to an arrest. Well that is unless you try to overthrow an election.

So they are going after car thieves, just not at the rate you would like them to. Unfortunately car thieves are rarely caught or even prosecuted.
