Not sure this is completely thread worthy since Nebraska should squash NW. However, Jagger Condomitti is projected to start today at 165. Nebraska's Senior Day today. Ferrari is walking fwiw. Hoping Condomitti can go out with a win. Guy has had some really rotten injury luck during his career after being a really touted prep recruit.

Jagger has been a warrior and the wrestle offs was fairly close. Aj was not listed in the senior video. Seems to be another year for him

Northwestern forfeits 157lbs and 165lbs so Jagger Condomitti doesn’t get to wrestle on Senior Day.  How does a D1 team in the Big10 forfeit two weight classes?

Not sure.

Even the great Iowa Hawkeyes forfeited 197lbs.

It's too bad Condomitti didn't get a match.  Dude came in highly touted, suffered injuries and set backs but kept coming back, didn't transfer and stuck with Nebraska.  5 years of wrestling as a backup in D1 is hard and he stuck with it despite coming in thinking he would be competing for AA honors and National Titles.

The regular season doesn’t mean anything any more.

so god  dam tired of hearing that

have we it gotten to point where we move to an abridged season

1st semester -  few tournaments, couple of duals

2nd semester conferences and  nationals

in this case throw a guy out to compete and give the kid (young man) one  last time on the mat

On Senior day, kid spends years grinding in room and doesn’t earn a starting spot full time but sticks it out.  Bush league move buy NW coaches love to here what coach was pushing for it and why?

Yeah I see that now, three at 149 and three at 174, to bad none of those guys were able to swing weights.

125 is definitely hard to fill.

it’s a shame BIG TEN School can’t fill a roster, but would assume NW is pretty pricy.

Northwestern always was going to forfeit 165 they didn’t have anyone to put out but as ridiculous as this sounds they brought a back up 149 who was supposed to wrestle 157 but he got hurt playing hacky sack before the dual and couldn’t wrestle

Me too. This is the attitude of coaching now. You can’t tell me there wasn’t 1 kid in that room who wouldn’t want to go out there. Some  would give there little finger to wrestle in a big ten match.
