That’s not what the video appears to show.  I see a fist pump and then it doesn’t look like he says anything until he points to Medlin.

AD goes to opponent coaches for the post match hand shake Medlin turns and walks away the other guy says a few words shakes his hand and gives him the butt tap. We need more context on what was said during introductions and fans/coaches cheering. I think he does makes the statement twice.
