25 years ago my wife and I linked red food dye to our young son’s migraines. Skittles, Nibs, Doritos… stuff he didn’t need, but our son had to suffer through the migraines until we found the pattern.

Amen. Now get all that damn sugar out of the cereal too. I get diabetic just looking at that bowl of "fruit" loops.
