Has the Starocci story died?

Not that it ever got much traction (the Daily Collegian appears to be the only outlet reporting it), but you would think with so many fervent PSU haters out there people would be trying to spread the bad news as much as possible.  Hard to believe the story never went much further.  I know several Iowa fans that must have at least tried to file reports with the NCAA compliance office.
