Oh boy.  I hope someone in the progressive leftie media declares it a conspiracy theory which will then make sure it is absolute fact.  

The only "crazy" thing about it is that whomever might have taken bribes for the autopen probably charged less than the Biden crime family charges for bribes.

I have a friend who went through this process at a state level. I think in most cases this is a pay for access scam. There were some very questionable payments made.
