Big John is a basket case.

Was he a basket case when he was the darling of the left?   I did not hear any complaining about him back then.

When you check into the plantation you must leave all your morals at the door. You must also leave all your better judgement and common sense at the door. You will be told when to vote and how to vote. If you don't you will be shunned and excoriated.

None of the dems realize this is why the shift is going to the right.  Their over arching strategy is stupid obvious and it’s harder to hide because of social media / etc

It amazes me how much easier it is becoming for us humans to become pond scum.  (I’m not just taking about his thread exclusively)

What makes pond scum out of pointing out the hypocrisy of the d party.  He was super cool when he voted with them all the time…. And adhered to their talking points.  now they’re bagging on him.

Reading the whole message, and being able to comprehend, may help you out.  Don’t be so defensive.  It’s not healthy.

Steak and eggs is the ultimate breakfast.  Same goes for pork chop (with beef tallow) and eggs.  All kinds of yum.

Ya I cooked the steak in tallow I make …. And then cooked the eggs in same cast iron.  I made some fried potato’s where I par boiled them and crisped them up in butter and another cast iron on the grill.   And sautéed up a bunch of red bell pepper and onions.   Avacado weren’t ripe so I skipped that.

Question for you… I bought some Ghee to use to sear meats after Sous Vide. I’ve read it has a higher smoke point than olive oil or butter, a nutty flavor and isn’t bad healthwise. How does it compare to tallow?

Mmmmm I use ghee a lot for searing.   A lot of the time with seafood.  (Pan seared scallops).  Can’t go wrong with either imo.       Ghee has a decently higher smoking point too.

also it is often cheaper to make your own ghee if your so inclined.

maybe it depends on what your searing.   I almost bought some duck fat today.   That’s yummy too.
