To be fair, I don’t believe I’ve seen anyone on here claim he said he doesn’t have to uphold the constitution, but rather his own words of “I don’t know”

The point is that he admitted he doesn't know or care about whether he has to. I just don't think he cares about the job, but more about what being president can do for him.

I have to respond by saying, again, I have brilliant lawyers that work for me, and they are going to obviously follow what the Supreme Court said. That is exactly what he said. I bolded the relevant part of his answer.
