The markets on fire this morning. RV was right.

"On fire" might be a stretch, but it is trending up because (Reader's Digest version) a bi-partisan group of Senators announced they're going to introduce legislation to take back the tariff power.

I seem to remember you clutching your pearls and feigning outrage when I called Jimmy and idiot or a moron...but "libtard," liberal-***I am an idiot and can't use a better adjective***...?

It's always been so lazy to me. It's like MAGATS or calling the Vikings the Viqueens. Just the lowest common denominator.

That said... even for you, it has to feel hard calling "Libtards" stupid at a point when our President decided self immolation was a GREAT idea for the United States Economy...

Republicans LOVE this guy though.

Why don't we listen to him?

(You can also skip to 3 minutes in if you don't want to hear how stupid he thinks Trump's plan is, how it's merely bad if he has a plan to get out of this and JUST talk about trade deficits).

If Trump started marketing some sort of poisonous Kool-Aid that smelled and tasted like diarrhea and asked his brainwashed cultists to buy it and guzzle it down by the gallon they would without hesitation.

That’s called ivermectin I thought? O

I remember the name of the stuff those Arizona fruitcakes ingested SOUNDED like hydroxychloroquine, one of the malaria medications that was being recommended by quacks and conmen to "cure" Covid at the time. Dug up the story (provided below), and the stuff the dummies swallowed was called chloroquine. Man, sometimes it's fatal to be dumb!

TSLA is up 10% over the past month

I don't understand why people post things that are so easily disproven.

TSLA is up less than 3% over the last month...but is down almost 40% YTD.

 TSLA - YTD

 TSLA - 1M

Remember when cnn lied about Joe Rogan taking ivermectin and kept calling it horse de wormer.  And they shaded the color of his fade to be super yellow.   …. And then I remember they walked it back and said ivermectin is now cool  to take.

Forgive me for looking at the 1M graphs. I saw the post, looked and was like...nah. Though by close, it'll be down for over the 1M as well, as it's trending. It's down 5+% for the day, currently. So I apologize and take your word that it was up in the 1M by 10% at the time.

Not that Musk cares and I'm sure he has a money-making strategy in the works, but his involvement in politics is tanking TSLA stock value.

It's 52-wk high is $488.54 and it's currently trading at $222.xx It's been on a downward ramp since last December, when it was trading in the $480 range.

His involvement in politics is forcing the left to show its true colors.  Crime is ok.

Yeah...but it's only the standard ones who get credit from occasionally get credit for breaking with Trump and they'll never bring it to a vote and Trump would never sign it.

You need to win...a LOT of seats in the mid-term.

Even AMZN up with 70-90% of their products made in China.

The physical products Amazon sells have...VERY little to do with what moves the stock.

AWS, advertising...that is far more important.

It was also at ~250 not long ago. Even in a crash..there are green days.

Though I hope this doesn't get much worse.
