I did not know you were on the ballot and I sure didn’t vote for you.

Did you vote for Elon Musk? Did you vote for Trump to intentionally tank the stock market???

But he has the new I phone with iceberg tracking app.. He is in steady communications with the Capt. of the ship. So, unlike the old Titanic it will successfully make its voyage across the Atlantic. Will there be some scary moments? Sure. But rest assure everyone who doesn't jump off the ship will arrive safely.

Yes...and I DEFINITELY said it'd happen 12 hours after the initial announcement and then 36 hours after.

You DO see the markets, right? It hasn't been two days, but the guy who didn't know what AI was keeps showing everyone what an economic genius he is.

You can bet if the Trump Administration are using apps that I'm probably receiving all the texts. Just a couple weeks ago I got a text about bombing Yemenis.

They are not using Signal. They decided to use instant messenger on Facebook. All is well.

Hmmm...nothing has changed in my life since January...things are about the same, maybe even better as I still got my bonus and raise at work.  My family are all healthy and happy, no one is starving or living on the streets.  Feels very similar to the previous 4 years...and very similar to the 4 years before that...but if I read these threads I would think my 401k is at zero (it's doing about as well as it has the last 10 years - up and down but mostly up), we are at the start of a great depression, and everything I buy will cost 10 times more than they do now.

Can't imagine how terrible of a life some of you on here live...and you live that way by choice...SMH

Amazing! Tell me about this geographical oddity in the USA where you live that defies the stock market and where your 401K is going up while it tanks for everybody else.

Maybe you Trump supporters should try living in reality instead of Fantasyland.

Hey, the important thing is that Trump looks strong to his supporters, right, not that he's an imbecile who has destroyed the market for NO REASON WHATSOEVER other than to look tough to his brainwashed supporters? As to his supporters...must defend Great Leader at all costs, eh?

First off, where did I say anything about Trump in my post?  Second, why did you make it about Trump?  Finaly, you truly believe you know how well or bad every single person's 401k is doing??  LOL You know what they are invested in for each 401k??  LOL...again, you people who scream "the sky is falling" crack me up, 4 years will go by, a new person will be voted in, and then there will be a new reason for some of you to scream "the sky is falling"...when in reality only about 0.5% of the TERRIBLE things you people say are going to happen, actually happen.

You and others want to live your life like that have at it.  My life is great regardless of who the president is.

Just this year mine was up 4 percent and now it is up 3 percent. During Covid it dropped. But it never went into my investment only the Gaines. It bounced back rather quickly after Covid.

I fully expect you to defend your True LORD AND MASTER, Donald Trump, like a proper cultist would.

Please, fill me in on your remarkable 401k, which miraculously is going up while everybody else's is going down. And guess what? It's just beginning.  But hey, it was worth it to show those trans who are boss, eh?

Same...mine dropped quite a bit during Covid but rebounded nicely.  I tend to move things around in terms of my investments in my 401k...I usually look at that about once or twice a year...don't get me wrong I am NO expert on that just very high-level basic understanding of the type of mutual fund and its historical performance...one could say I get lucky with some of my guesses.

My 401k has been up 4 percent since the first of the year. It now sits up 3 percent. I'm sure there are others who doing ok.

Economists are now saying Trump has already wiped out most of the gains from 2024. In 3 months. "He's an economic genius" - Trumpers.

You obviously haven't read most of my posts on here to claim Trump is my "True LORD AND MASTER"...and quite frankly you claiming that shows a ton of ignorance on your part...maybe even more so than claiming you know how every single person's 401k is performing.

I am not a huge Trump supporter...just like all the Presidents before him (both R and D) I like some of the things he does but dislike some other stuff too.  I think he is a loudmouth blowhard, that clearly trolls people to get a reaction out of them (which works amazingly), but I am able to remove his personality down fall from my opinion on policies.  I get it some people can't do that and then just blindly hate every policy of his...but no skin off my behind I just find it funny.

Oh, no, but everyone's up 4%!

Don't worry...just the dumbest policy decision in 95 years. The same thing happens every 4 years...(I mean, it doesn't, but lets go with that).

And in 4 years, we're going to vote someone new in...unless we don't as Trump has claimed there are "MANY ways for him to run again in 2028."

And the same people who say this is no big deal will likely say that's also ridiculous...just as they say him trying to overturn the 2020 election results was "just a little dust up," or equate it to a bunch of idiots in Seattle because...that's the new standard we have for the "Leader of the Free World."

Ok, so THIS policy that we're talking about now...thoughts?

And we'll ignore how he thinks he can run for another 4 years and serve another term...somehow.

Kindly tell me which of his "policies" you like so much. His catering to Putin policies? His crash the stock market intentionally policies? His kidnapping critics and sending them to foreign prison policies?

Honestly...and I've said it before on one of the other 10 threads about tariffs...I am not an economist, I don't know the details of everything (mostly because I haven't take the time to do a deep dive into tariffs and the pros and cons for each situation), so I am a wait and see guy on the tariffs...the very little I do know I sort of get it how it could work for our advantage but I can also see how maybe it could hurt us in terms of short term costs of products...but one thing I haven't seen, or even believe is the "oh my gosh the economy is going to crash and we are going into another depression".

And I have no idea why you brought up the topic of him running for another 4 years...what does that have to do with anything other than another reason for you Trump haters to jump up and down and scream..."SEE!!!  SEE!!!".  Do I for one second think that could ever happen or will happen...NOPE!!  Thus, I don't spend any sort of mental thoughts or emotions on it.  But clearly you do...so have at it...I just wish you would stop calling people names...shows a high level of mental weakness...in my opinion

I'm with you on the 1st....obviously on the 2nd, but you may need to walk me through #3.

Are you talking about him deporting the person who was deported despite a judge saying he wasn't to be deported?

Because you specifically said we'll elect someone else in 4 years and predicted what will happen then.

So...ya know, it feels kinda relevant that the guy who refused to leave office last time and ONLY actually left because his VP refused to go along with his plan...says he's going to "run" again in 2028.
